This newly built 24 m2 studio is located in the Emmental, 20 minutes from Bern and 20 minutes from Thun. It is very quiet because it is located in a residence on the heights of the village of Konolfingen from where you can admire the landscape of the Swiss Alpine meadows with in particular the famous Stockhorn, and the Niesen... It is within walking distance (15 minutes from the train station) as well as by car. We have a space in the residence's garage available to our visitors. The entry is independent.

Interlaken, Grindelwald, Top of Europe, Gstaad, ins Emmental, nach Thun und Bern. Zu Fuss 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof, oder in 3 Minuten auf der Autobahn. Das Studio RoseGarden ist nach Westen ausgerichtet. So können Sie am Abend die Sonne noch lange geniessen. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein kleiner Teich mit Wasserfall beruhigt die Sinne.

The cozy and stylishly furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor of our 100-year-old former schoolhouse. The house is located on the hills of the Emmental in the pre-alpine area at around 1000 meters above sea level. If you are looking for peace, like animals and nature, you are in the right place. A beautiful forest is located just behind the house and from the balcony you have a fantastic view from the Jura to the Bernese Alps. Hiking trails and bike routes are right at your doorstep.

Ideal for couples and business travelers, the studio offers a large covered terrace with stunning views. Located in a quiet residential area, you are only 10 minutes from the train station and find shopping and hiking trails nearby. Occasionally, you can even watch dairy cows in the immediate vicinity. I rent out a 1.5 room apartment with full facilities. The apartment we rent out is only for guests, so guests do not share rooms with other people. We are located on a farm in the Emmental at the top at 1130 meters above sea level with a very nice alpine view up to the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. We have lots of animals to pet. The apartment is not accessible by public transport. You need a car or taxi to reach the apartment.

In the midst of the most beautiful rural surroundings, but only a stone's throw from public transport and various sights, we rent our gem in the heart of the Emmental. Our organic farm is located about 70 m above the village of Trubschachen in a quiet, secluded location. The 2.5 room apartment is on the 1st floor of our farm and has a separate entrance.

Our small studio apartment, newly renovated in July 2020, is located in a quiet residential area in an idyllic location on the outskirts of Rüfenacht. Parking is available right by the house. Public transport stop in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes' walk). The city of Bern is about 8 km away. The beautiful skiing and hiking areas in the Bernese Oberland are easily accessible.

Recreation and silence with a view over the Alps

The cosy studio apartment is located in the heart of the Emmental on 1140 m ABS with a view over Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The farmhouse from the year 1850 which was renovated in 2019 lies in a quiet neighbourhoor above the sea of fog. The flat has a seperate entrance and a sheltered terrasse with a view over the Alps. The terrasse, which is alined to the south is shared.

The property is located in a rural environment, 5 minutes away from the motorway A6, 10 minutes from the Thun centre and 25 minutes away from Bern. The location is a good starting point to visit the Bernese Alps or the Emmental.
