We had an amazing stay at this apartment for almost a month. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, with a beautiful surrounding and excellent amenities. The building features a lovely pool, a well-equipped gym, and a supermarket conveniently located on the ground floor. The location is perfect for both short- and long-term stays, as it takes only 15-20 minutes to reach downtown, making it an ideal destination for tourists. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to Sajeesh, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional in handling any requests or issues during our stay. His assistance made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Great Place & Location!!! I had a really enjoyable stay at Victoria's place, with its fantastic location and cozy vibe. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for exploring nearby attractions and Ajman beach. Victoria was friendly and easy to communicate with. The check-in process was seamless, and the place was nicely furnished. However, there were a few issues that need attention. There were noticeable water leaks in bathrooms/kitchen, which caused some inconvenience during the stay. Additionally, the property was missing basic supplies like toilet papers, soap, shampoo, hand towels etc. I had to make a run to the store upon arrival to pick up these essentials, which was a bit frustrating after a long trip. With some maintenance and better preparation in terms of stocking the place with necessities, this could be an amazing spot. Despite these setbacks, we still had a pleasant stay and would strongly recommend and would love to come back!

Fast service and excellent treatment and the apartment is very tidy.

The place was nice and had a great view of the Burj Khalifa. Many great places were close to it, and Uber only takes around two minutes to pick you up.
