Amazing view and a very beautiful cozy place, with the deco being very amazing.

Really enjoyed this peaceful unit. It is modern and spotless. Hosts graciously helped me out when I had to leave my other AirBnB early in the day. I opted for suggestion to go to a nearby mall for lunch. Uber is available but having a car (got one from nearby airport) made things easier. Stocked up on groceries from Woolworths. Strongly recommend this waterfront property. Views are from side balcony but still beautiful.

Absolutely to die for. Waking up to the most breathtaking sunrises and dolphin sightings—it honestly felt like a slice of paradise. The home itself was immaculate and beautifully designed. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our host. She went above and beyond every single day—bringing us fresh coffee each morning (yes, really!), aand treating us with such genuine kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It felt less like staying at an Airbnb and more like being welcomed into someone's lovingly cared-for haven. We’ve stayed in many places, but this one? It’s something special. It’s the kind of place you start planning your return to before you've even left. Can’t recommend it highly enough—we'll absolutely be back 💃

Nice spacious penthouse apartment in walking distance from many restaurants, shops, malls and beach. We also loved the outdoor space. The apartment is a short drive from the airport and esay to find after instructions from Bianca. Bianca was a good host, informative and responsive.

Che’s place is exactly how it is advertised. We loved everything about the place and location (spacious, clean and resourced, walkable distance to restaurants and to the 🏖️ beach). The ocean view and sound from the apartment is breathtaking, loved watching the sun rise!

Nosipho was an absolutely wonderful host — incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay as smooth as possible. Check-in was seamless and everything went exactly as planned. What stood out most was how she went above and beyond to assist me with something that was even outside of her usual responsibilities. Her willingness to help didn’t go unnoticed and was deeply appreciated. The apartment itself is fantastic — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. Nosipho’s attention to detail and care made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing 4-night stay in Cozumel! From snorkeling to swimming, the place was so nice and clean. Our host, Mala, went out of her way to check up on us and provided everything we needed for our stay. She even accommodated our early check-in and late checkout, which was such a lovely touch. Her hospitality made our trip truly unforgettable. We loved the balcony view and can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had the best stay. Ashton and Ernest were outstanding hosts - literally tended to our every need swiftly. The apartment is beautiful with the loveliest sea view, well-maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay away. The perfect home away from home. Leslie's home was great. It was in a great location and Leslie was easy to get hold of when we had question. There were a couple of minor issues that were easily sorted out, like the location of the stove switch and the keys to one of the sliding doors. The only downside, had to do with the parking - there was something that dripped from the parking ceiling onto my windscreen and bonnet and I'm struggling to remove it.

We had a lovely stay. The view is spectacular and having our breakfast and dinner on the veranda overlooking the sea and watching the sun rise and set was so special. The unit is very large and we comfortably stayed there with 4 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the pool!! And we walked straight onto the beach every day. We’ll definitely book this unit again. 😊

Janet is a great host, she is very helpful and responsive. The unit is so comfortable and homely, we had a great stay. I would just like to mention that there seems to be different understandings from Air BnB side about the term "beach access". I understood to mean direct access to the beach but apparently it means close proximity to the beach. Just a piece of information to note if you need direct beach access. Overall great stay, great place and great host.

Yusuf’s apartment was in a great location close to everything. Short walk to beachfront, restaurants and was a well maintained place to stay. The security at the gate was friendly and welcoming, creating peace of mind.

We had a lovely stay over the festive season. Great location and all necessary amenities. The jacuzzi and outside area were a massive plus and lovely to be able to walk into the village and to the beach.
