The apartment is wonderful! All conceivable amenities are provided. Even a milk frother is available. The sauna is great and its operation is self-explanatory. The area is beautiful and the lake with its sandy beach is also suitable for digging tours in autumn.

Manfred's "Utkiek" corresponds to 100% of the display, and it is the most appealing and cozy of all apartments (also top clean and everything available)! The house is in a very pleasantly quiet location, and the view from the skylights is wonderfully wide and unbalanced. Behind the house graze deer, before that, Mr. Fasan marches around - all pure balm for the soul. A big thank you to Manfred for letting us spend uniquely soothing days here. Sincerely, Bernd&Sabine

Beautiful apartment in a small cottage settlement directly on the sea. We felt very comfortable. Everything was as described and it was clean. Heating was a bit confusing to use and was not explained anywhere. My highlight was the robot vacuum cleaner, very cute gimmick! Communication was via a landlord's own tool. When you get in touch via airbnb, you'll be ignored. This could be improved. Otherwise, everything is great.

We were spontaneously in the apartment for 5 days and immediately enjoyed the time there very much. Central location, short distances and yet quiet. Everything you need to feel good, including small extras ;-)...just GREAT! Communication was straightforward and inquiries were responded to and acted immediately. Therefore : Highly recommend! We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely time in the north. The apartment is very cozily furnished and decorated and above all clean. When traveling with small children, it should be noted that the sockets do not have child safety and the, very nice, staircase keeps you moving. :) The house is located directly on the dike. However, it takes a while to get to the water or the beach. Here, a bicycle or car is convenient. The contact with Nordseezeit was also very pleasant and straightforward, there were some nice tips. Thank you!

It was a wonderful stay in the forest house. The location in the forest with the lake, the loving furnishings. All around magical :)

We felt very comfortable with our one-year-old. The house is very children friendly, for the dog it would have been cool if the garden were completely fenced, but it was also great. The house is very cozy and the kitchen and bathroom are very modern and good. The three bedrooms are tidy and cozy. The location is very quiet, you can walk well and especially important for us: Very few cars! We were able to recover very well!

Everything as described and to our satisfaction. Good location to explore Wilhelmshaven on foot. Was perfect for our North Sea getaway!

We had a wonderful time in the north. The place looks like the pictures. The rooms were all clean! Towels, bathrobes and linens were sufficiently available. Small shortcoming: A rag in the kitchen would have been good, but we simply bought it:) Unfortunately, the barbecue was not directly usable on arrival, as the previous tenants left it in a disgusting condition - but the landlords can't help it! We will be happy to come back! :)

The chalet is in a lovely wooded area. The space is ideally and practically furnished. The place is fenced off with a subtle fence (we just learned from Karin), making it ideal with small children and dogs. This means they can't just run anywhere. If you are looking for a place in this area; definitely recommended! We enjoyed it with our kids!

Great host, very good communication. We felt very comfortable in this compact yet spacious apartment. Very cleverly designed with plenty of storage space. Just a stone's throw to the sea.

We felt very at home at the place. The view is the absolute highlight. Once you have dealt with the bed mechanics, this is also very straightforward. We constantly had very good and uncomplicated communication with Frederike :-) Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work reliably, which did not disturb us. Otherwise, the apartment has everything you need for a cozy break. We will be happy to come back. 🌞🌊

Great place, good amenities. A knife block with sharp knives would have been nice, but otherwise great and more than you needed. Conclusion: We'll be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were lucky with the weather and we were surprised by the tranquility of this part of Groningen. Breakfast on the water was delicious. We had lost our way on the stuff, which we should have brought with us, but it worked out fine. Repeatable.

It's a great place. The apartment on the 4th floor, overlooking the bridge is understated, you are right next to the bridge! Panoramic view of the Bontekai and the inner harbor, view over the dike to the Jadebusen. A great place to go for dinner, a walk and as a starting point for sightseeing. However, it is also interesting for many other people, so it is a lively area, many walkers, in the evening also sometimes a little louder on the weekend. The apartment is huge and very nicely decorated. Super clean and the pictures on the walls - painted by the host - fascinating. The new bathroom is a dream, modern and individually designed. Very successful. We can recommend the place - even if it was a little less quiet than we thought.

All in all a very pleasant stay, almost nothing was missing, you were even greeted with a few drinks. However, long black hair was found everywhere in the apartment, on the already used mattress covers. There was a problem with the warm water towards the end, but since communication with Stefan was easy, we were able to enjoy warm water again after a few instructions.

Full equipped house with everything you need and more. Nice location, very quiet in winter probably more crowded in Summer with different walks or bicycle paths around. Milon has been always responsive for the few queries we had. nice spaces with 2 bedrooms with a double bed in one and 2 separate beds in the other room. we have had a very good stay and definitely to recommend.

The apartment is attractively designed, it is not too much decoration in it, just right. Access was well described and therefore easy to handle. A storage facility for strollers is located in the basement. The apartment has a nice atmosphere and the location is ideal. You are in a few steps on the promenade or on the beach. With a toddler, it was great.

lovely place to stay. We were there with 8 adults and a toddler. It got cuddly, but fine for 4 nights. There is enough space and the garden view is just beautiful. There were tons of toys for the little one. The kitchen is well equipped but unfortunately offers little to no storage space for food outside the fridge. You can easily escape everyday life in Natut, but also has opportunities for exciting activities.

The apartment has an unbeatable overall package: a perfect location with beach, supermarket and town center within walking distance. The room was clean, modernly equipped, cozy and exactly matched the photos – ideal for a relaxing stay. Communication with the host was excellent: fast, proactive, and extremely efficient. Despite our last-minute booking, the key handover went completely smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back!

The stay on Norderney was a complete success! The apartment is in a great location – both the beach and the city center are within minutes walking distance. The furnishings of the accommodation left nothing to be desired, everything was very clean and well maintained. I can fully recommend it and would come back anytime!
