Vacation rentals with a patio in Elwood Beach

We were in Melbourne for a sports event in St Kilda. This was in perfect location, walking distance from really nice places to eat and drink, as well as the St Kilda beach. Really nicely presented place. Enjoyed our stay.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Really appreciate the guidance in advance on checkin and checkout to ensure everything was seamless and hassle free. The accomodation was spectacular and exactly as described and pictured, more than expected. Amenities both within the apartment and the facility were fantastic. The induction with concierge on checkin was such a great experience and all the staff were so accomodating. Central and a short walk to so many must do’s including Luna Park, St Kilda Pier, Fitzroy and Acland Streets, The Esplanade… the list is endless. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. We’ll definitely be back!

100% stay here if you get the chance!! We stayed here for 4+ weeks and fell in love with the place!! The appartment was clean, warm and basked in the sunlight. There was so much space for the two of us and the kitchen was stocked with so many supplies which made our stay super comfortable. Walking distance to everything St Kilda had to offer as well as super markets, and public transport into the CBD and all around Melbourne City.

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

House is perfectly situated close to all that is great about Melbourne, right by chapel st but far enough away to be away from hustle and bustle of the vibrant street - public transport close at hand for venturing into CBD or beach. House itself is immaculate, two great sized bedrooms, an awesome bathroom with added bonus of underfloor heating and the open plan kitchen, living room that opens up to the garden is just so relaxing - highly recommended.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Such a beautiful small home, so clean and bed linen immaculate. Beds so so comfy. Really felt safe, the street has elderly long term owners. Very quiet and safe area. I’m big on cleanliness and this was 10/10. Def staying again. Kitchen facilities brilliant, did all my cooking with good quality pots and utensils. Bathroom is awesome, love the view. Cant fault. Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. Such a beautiful spot to stay at if you’re looking to feel relaxed and at home after a day exploring, or even just to enjoy the home itself! Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Gemimas place is amazing The apartment is beautiful, spacious and a little oasis amidst the business of Gertrude street The outdoor bath/garden is so beautiful and serene - we got some sunshine out there and it was just gorgeous One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in Will definitely be looking to stay again

The location is good, centrally located in Melbourne. The place is clean and convenient and comfy. It was easy to check in as Rui and Narathorn came to deliver the key to me and showed us the unit and made sure everything was in place before they left. I would highly recommend this place

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Selina’s place was just as beautiful as the photos promised. The location, overlooking Queen Victoria Market, was perfect! Central and convenient, with easy access to everything whether on foot or by public transport. The view from the 45th floor was incredible, such a unique perspective of the city. Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay. Jodie & Ella were great at communicating from the time we booked the place. The location was great, the apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The hosts were so lovely and accomodating. During our stay the lift was not working however the hosts went above and beyond in ensuring everything went smoothly for us. I could not recommend a better place if you’re looking to stay in St Kilda. One of the best getaways I’ve had so far.
