The non-smoking property is located 1.5 km from the center of Otepää. The spacious part of the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a large TV, a washing machine with a dryer, a drying cabinet, a large bathroom with a sauna and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave and everything else you need.

Enjoy the beautiful lake view, nearby hiking trails, swimming holes, and ski resorts.

!!Currently we are renewing the 2nd floor. It is not yet finished but for bigger groups we can fit maximum 3 people comfortably upstairs. Downstairs we have 6 sleeping places!! Tule lõõgastu Otepääl. Maja asub Aedlinna piiril, metsatuka ääres. Pühajärv on umbes 10/15 minuti jalutuskaugusel. Tegevust talvepealinnas jagub aastaringselt ja meie hubases majas on mõnus lõõgastuda pärast suusatamist, matkamist või pidustusi.

We can help you with transport, by agreement we can also provide a ride from the Palupera railway station. Private swimming spot nearby (100m) The house has a wood-burning sauna, use by arrangement (extra fee)
