The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

We were visiting Eltville for a wedding at Burg Crass. The apartment was perfectly situated and it was easy to unload and load the car just outside the door. The free car park is only a short walk away. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We would be happy to return in the future.

Andreas Cottage is a little jewel in the beautiful wine town of Hattenheim. Arrive and feel good - it's very easy. Perfectly and stylishly equipped and overlooking the vineyards, you can relax there wonderfully. Beautiful hiking tours can be started directly from the house, for example to the Eberbach monastery. And the baker around the corner is a poem. My dog and I had a wonderful time there and would be happy to come back.

The house was beautiful and clean. So many high tech features and appliances. The kids loved the trampoline in the back yard and the playground and basketball hoop across the street. Beautiful view from the second floor. Big window doors and blackout curtains made it easy to adjust the light to make the house very bright or dark when we needed to sleep in to help get over jet lag. We had a wonderful dinner at the Winzerkeller restaurant, just a 5-10min walk away.

The rooftop terrace features comfortable white lounge chairs and a large umbrella providing shade. A view of the surrounding rooftops and clouds is visible, enhancing the open feel of the space. The terrace is paved with gray tiles, ensuring a modern aesthetic.
