The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate and the black-out curtains for undisturbed sleep. The apartment has a private entrance with small patio outside. Here you can spend hours relaxing in the garden.

From here, both the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, as well as the Hamburg metropolitan region, can be reached in a short time. Among other things, Glückstadt is located on the Elbe Cycle Route as well as on the Mönchsweg and is also a worthwhile vacation destination for cycling tourists. Our apartment is located outside the city center. On foot you can reach it in about 20 minutes along the idyllic Fleth to the harbor, the jetty, the dike or the market square.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Rade is located on the direct border to Hamburg between Nordheide and Altem Land on the southern city border to Hamburg. In 15 minutes you are in the city of Hamburg via the A1. Rade belongs to the joint municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and access, making the highway exit easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Centrally located yet quiet, fully equipped single-family home. Close to city park, sailing harbor and dike. Two terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, beach chair, sandbox. Old trees offer the possibility for a hammock or slackline. On the first floor: porch, hallway, living room, kitchen, laundry room (sep. shower/sep. toilet) with terrace access as well as a bedroom/sauna. Upper floor: 1 bathroom (tub + toilet) and 2 bedrooms; access via hallway to the balcony.

Beautiful one-room apartment in the historic center. On the property of the naturopathic practice, we have renovated a small half-timbered house. Five minutes' walk into nature. Disconnect from everyday life, come to rest and find yourself, relaxation for body and mind. Movement is life, a hike, a bike trip, or a walk, just enjoy.
