My stay at Sylvia's was very pleasant. Sylvia personally welcomed me very warmly and showed me the apartment. The apartment was in impeccable condition, very clean, freshly ventilated. The apartment is newly furnished and there is everything you need to feel comfortable even during a longer stay. The kitchen is so well equipped with everything that you can really cook. From the street, I didn't hear the slightest thing in the apartment and was able to sleep excellently in a very comfortable bed. Sylvia is a very warm, nice and helpful host. I had some nice conversations with her and we often laughed together. During my stay, I got to know Sylvia's whole family who live there. They were just as friendly and wonderful to me as Sylvia. I felt very comfortable as Sylvia's guest and can recommend this place with a clear conscience.

The accommodation was really great.

Here you can feel comfortable. Beautiful apartment with great terrace, the center with Schwerin castle is only a few minutes walk away and despite being close to the center it is very quiet. You can park right in front of the neighborhood, cost for the day: €9.20.

It was amazing. We only stayed for a night but we would love to come back and spend some more time. Everything was flexible and the host was very responsive and kind.

The stay was very pleasant. Beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need. Large reasonably well-maintained garden with robotic mower. The check-in and check-out were impeccable and flexible thanks to the combination lock. A little bad was the room with the bunk bed, because you have to go through either the bathroom or the large bedroom. The internet didn't work that well. All in all, we are very satisfied and can recommend the apartment well.

Beautiful centrally located accommodation. The city center and harbor of Waren are just around the corner. The place was clean and had everything we needed for 6 people for a few days of vacation (towels, bed sheets, toilet paper, etc.). Communication with the landlady was impeccable. I can highly recommend the place.

Beautiful for "dropouts"- complete tranquility. Shopping about 5 minutes by car.- Eagle spotting at the appropriate season. Cycling hikes are possible without a car.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! Everything was as described and even more beautiful. Lovingly furnished from front to back, everything has been thought of that makes the guest's heart beat faster. Communication with Petra was always extremely warm and attentive. The house is very well equipped, everything is very clean and with sufficient space. There is plenty of room for two in the sauna, but it is also possible with four adults. You can enjoy the sun at noon and in the evening on the two terraces. The surrounding vacation homes are not disturbing. You're still on your own. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the Bodden. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with Tom for the weekend with the whole family and had a great time. It is fantastically beautifully decorated and everyone had fun. The beautiful large garden with trampoline and fireplace has delighted everyone. For some, the beds could be a bit hard. Perfect accommodation in a fantastic location! Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb home in Rostock Gehlsdorf was just fantastic! The apartment is not only stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail, but also sparkling clean and excellently equipped – we didn't miss anything. The location is unbeatable: Gehlsdorf is a quiet, idyllic area with lots of greenery and direct access to the water. The view of the Warnow and the quick accessibility of downtown Rostock make this place perfect for a relaxed and eventful stay. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality of the hosts, who made us feel completely comfortable with warm recommendations and quick communication. We can fully recommend this property and are already looking forward to our next visit!

A heartfelt thank you for a place to stay that is more heavenly than just a roof. We felt at home, welcome from the first moment. The apartment is actually much nicer than photos can ever show. The complete equipment is very valuable and tasteful, unfortunately we could not enjoy the fireplace, because the weather had decided to be warm .... 😜 Regarding the location, from Ribnitz you can get to the Baltic Sea very quickly, regardless of whether you choose Wangerode/Rostock or go to Rügen. Parking is available wherever possible. Shopping, everything perfect in the area, use Maps and you will find everything, so to speak, around the corner. The hosts are just great, we needed a casserole dish, asked briefly and it was there. After this vacation, we will definitely book this apartment (penthouse fits somehow better) again and then also for longer One thing is certain, we will be back!! and then to bathe in the lake 😁😁

Till is a wonderful host. The contact with him was always available. The key handover was as expected without any problems. The apartment is a place to feel good. The living area is cozy, the dining area overlooking the beautiful garden is a dream. You don't even want to get up. The two small bedrooms lead off from the living area. The kitchen is well equipped. Dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, everything is plentiful. Even tabs for the dishwasher, but also dishwashing liquid are there. The most important spices such as salt, pepper, oil are in the cabinet. In the bathroom, the toilet and shower are separate. Very convenient. The washing machine works perfectly. Clamps are available. The drying area is in the garden. The location on the Baltic Sea is hard to beat. It's really just a few steps. You can even hear the waves on the terrace. This apartment is inviting, cozy and cuddly warm. A sin if you don't book it a second time. Ergo, we'll be back.

Wonderful days at the Baltic Sea! We just had a great time in this beautiful apartment and are impressed by the attention to detail and the warmth we met here. As soon as we entered the apartment, we felt right at home - the decor is not only tasteful and high quality, but also incredibly cozy. Every room is decorated with care that you can just feel comfortable. The location of the apartment is an absolute dream: unobstructed view, not far from the Baltic Sea beach, bike and walking trails nearby and by car about 15 minutes to Wismar's old town. Waking up in the morning and smell the scent of the salty sea air was simply priceless! We would like to emphasise the hostess. She thought of everything from little touches to child-friendly amenities. Gabriele is easy to reach, very kind and helpful! Thank you for this wonderful time!

We were in Schwerin for 8 days and stayed as a family in Tobi's apartment. Although there were 5 of us, we had enough space and above all the living/dining area is mega large and cozy. You could have easily spent more time there without getting on each other's nerves.😉 The whole stay was totally relaxing and Tobi was always responsive as a host. Everything was super organized - the easy check-in/out, there was a folder with a lot of information and you were super informed. We have rarely received such a perfect "guide" to living😊 The apartment itself is very modernly furnished and you feel right at home. There was everything you need, incl. Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, bed linens, towels and a small welcome! The location is great, you are right on the lake, there is a nice playground right next door and you can quickly walk to the old town. We enjoyed the stay very much and would come back any time😊
