I enjoyed my stay in Aurangabad. Apartment is quiet and very clean, with good city location. Dr. Subash was very warm and welcoming. He also kindly helped with arranging transportation to the caves and airport. Tushar was also very helpful. Thanks for the good experience. 🙏🏻👍🏻 Best wishes ~

Great place to stay. I had booked the place for my parents and relatives, all senior citizens. Their stay was very comfortable and they very much liked the place. Thanks Shubham for providing such a nice stay.

Prashant has got a beautiful 2 storey Bunglow, he was always proactive in communication. At first when we reached the bedsheets were not very clean, we immediately informed Prashant and Abhijeet bought new bedsheets and new Pillows within an hour, we found out later that the cleaning lady was not available so they had to get the place cleaned from a temporary maid, which did not do a great job. Abhijeet also helped us get local cabs to travel within and outside the city. The house had almost all the amenities except TV, AC and Washing Machine. Overall it was an amazing stay and a very good deal for the money. Would definitely recommend to stay there if someone is going to visit.

Faisal is a great host - warm, patient and responsive. Very resourceful. We were a bunch of ladies who were new to this region. He explained everything clearly and arranged a fabulous travel agent to take us around the places of interest. He went out of his way to get us checked in early and was present in person while dropping the luggage. By the time we returned from Ellora, the apartment was cleaned and the luggage was arranged in respective rooms. His instructions and updates were clear and in time. The apartment is beautiful and well kept with all the amenities as listed in the page. We had a lovely time here and would highly recommend.

This place was a dream! Fairly newly constructed building, and it has an elevator. I travelled to Aurangabad for a 3-day trip with my senior citizen parents in March 2025, and you definitely need a lift to go up and down multiple times during the day. All rooms are equipped with an AC, and since there was a heatwave on, we certainly were grateful for it. Having 3 rooms and 3 washrooms certainly made things a lot easier when we were rushing about in the mornings. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances, and the location was very close to Nirala Bazar area. The availability of a washing machine and a TV were added perks. There was also a caretaker (Sanjay) who helped us out by stocking the refrigerator with bread and milk on day 1 since we were arriving late. I can highly recommend Shree's place; he recommended sightseeing spots and suggested transportation options which made our lives easier when planning the trip. Thanks again :)

The property was cleaned and well maintained. The helping staff was always helpful and available at need of the hour. overall it was a good and comfortable stay. 🙏 thank u
