The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

You want to admire the well-known churches “Erfurter Cathedral” and “Severikirche” from the window of your apartment? A breeze!

The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a large, bidet shower, infrared cabin and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The washer-dryer is also integrated in this. The high ceilings and large windows give a great sense of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dim the rooms or set their light temperature as desired.

The half-timbered house was completely renovated in 2014. 65 sqm, 4 beds, kitchen, bathtub, balcony - take a look at the pictures! The apartment offers a beautiful view from the 3rd floor. Parking is available right in front of the house.
