Easy and convenient

This was the cutest and most convenient place we could have stayed for our trip! The aesthetic was relaxing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in while traveling!! We came into the city for a music festival and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much there is to do in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend visiting the Museum on a Friday evening for their discounted event which included live music & drinks ! Perfect date night. If you have pups there are so many beautiful areas to talk them for walks. We will definitely be back in the future as there was truly not enough time to enjoy all the area had to offer. Thank you!!!

We had such a lovely stay at Jeanette’s place while attending my 20-year reunion at Swarthmore College. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked, the bed was super-comfortable, the location was perfect (a nice 25-minute-ish walk to campus), and Jeanette was wonderfully communicative and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

I have been using Airbnb for a while now and Roberta's place was by far the cleanest place I have stayed. It was also beautiful and exactly as described. Her and her husband were awesome and responded quickly whenever we contacted them! I would highly recommend. The only drawback of the space was the bed was a bit awkward to get in and out of as it was against a wall but that was clearly explained in the description and was not a problem for us however someone elderly or handicapped may have difficulty. Also parking in the area is at a premium but we were very lucky, found a spot right out front! Overall you can't do any better than this place!

Great location in Manayunk. Walkable to downtown. Having a parking spot was ideal. The space is beautiful and unique. We enjoyed our trip and would stay again on another trip to Philly!

I had an amazing time, Pictures look exactly like listing in person, very affordable and convenient, host was very responsive and helpful. The only issue I was having was when I was washing the dishes in the front room I noticed the water was not getting hot, water was only cold. Other than that everything else was good.

This stay was everything I needed — pure peace. The host perfectly captures the essence of this listing in the description, and it fully lived up to every word. The home was pristine, thoughtfully designed, and immediately felt like a sanctuary. One of my favorite moments was lounging in front of the fireplace on the cozy lounger — it’s truly a whole vibe, especially while watching your favorite shows. Plus, the host is amazing and so attentive, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking to escape the noise of the world and settle into a few days of true calm and comfort, this is the perfect spot. I can’t recommend it enough.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable! You can walk barefooted and have nothing sticking to the bottom of your feet. We were impressed by attention to detail. The host stocked the bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials. We felt safe and secure at all times. And, free parking. Will definitely stay here our next trip to Philadelphia.

We stayed at the Harvey House for 16 a little over 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. Shalamar was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including toddler-friendly items like plates, bowls, and utensils, which was a big plus for our family. Suzanne’s place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were traveling with two small children and Suzanne graciously offered to put up a pack and play for us and provide beach towels for our Sesame Place trip. She is responsive, thoughtful, and very helpful. Thank you for everything Suzanne! Would definitely recommend her place and would love to stay again.

Home was perfect for what our family needed. Was in a great location. Easy access to the city. House had all that we needed. Large bedrooms was a nice surprise. No issues with home or owner. Great communication. House was wonderful and would recommend to others.

Mark’s place was impeccable in so many ways. It was super clean and there was attention to every detail from the coffee to the bows on the toilet paper. My main concern before booking was the safety of the neighborhood. Mark assured me it was safe and he was right!! The neighbors were super friendly and we walked to several restaurants, meeting nothing but great people on the way. Mark’s place was worth every penny and we made memories to last a lifetime. We were 3 families that came in for the soccer game in Philly and Mike's place did not disappoint. There was more than enough space for our group of 9 and the kids loved everything about the house. It's a shame that we were only able to spend one night here as the kids all wanted to go back after the game. Great rental with proximity to everything you'll want to see in Philly. Thanks Mike!

Orlando was such an amazing host ! He was very helpful and responded quickly to my messages. He was proactive and contacted me to set the AC remotely for us since it was going to be an extremely hot day. This house felt like home, it was soooo comfortable and prefect for a large family of 17 with multiple children and toddlers!! The kids absolutely loved the playground in the yard and the toys that were located in the basement. I highly recommend this home for large families with children!

Great property for an active family on the road.

Rui was a great host, very proactive and responsive to questions. Don't be fooled by Google Street View photos, the building has been complete updated and is very modern and clean. In fact, much of the area has been updated. Free parking nearby was greatly appreciated. This apartment was perfect for two couples. Separate Bed & Bath at opposite ends, with a nice living, dining, and kitchen space in between. Despite not being the most attractive street (it's kind of a side street with some old buildings undergoing renovation) it was quiet and we were able to relax. We would definitely come back.

Super cute spot in a great neighborhood—extremely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. For Philly it was a relatively good price and an all around good value. We would definitely stay again, especially as the location was near to our good friend!

Really nice place with a great vibe and atmosphere. The interior was clean and well-maintained. As expected for a city location, parking isn’t the easiest—street parking is limited and can be a bit of a hassle. However, there’s a budget-friendly parking garage about a 10-minute walk away, which was a great find and made things much more manageable. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit, just plan ahead for parking if you’re driving in.

This is my second time staying in one of Jonathan's places. I'm already planning another stay for early next year. We just absolutely love the space, the area, and Jonathan! The place is exactly as listed, clean, comfortable, and in close proximity to everything + easy and free parking!!!! Highly recommend staying here!

This is my second time staying in this apartment and it was just as great as I remembered. Really nice well stocked kitchen as far as cooking materials go and appliances. Also, very comfortable bed, and it’s a nice quiet place with secure parking. Highly recommend and will probably stay there again.

Danni's place is five stars all around! It is spacious, family-friendly, and immaculately clean with everything that you would need for a relaxing stay to feel like you are right at home. Great linens, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen if you decide to cook a few meals during the stay (thank you for the snacks!). Danni's home is super walkable--within a few blocks from great restaurants and shops, as well as some of the top sights in the city, yet still quiet and peaceful. The rooftop view is stunning! Danni is one of the best hosts I've encountered. She responded to all questions instantly, provided flexible check-in/check-out arrangements, and made my out-of-town guests feel at ease. She was extremely accommodating and did a great job anticipating the needs of her guests. No need to look further--book Danni's place before someone else does!
