Kathleen’s home was a beautiful place to stay. The accommodations were comfortable and modern, the home was very clean and clutter free. There was plenty to do in the area, the check in process was very simple and clear, as was the checkout process as well.

We had a wonderful stay with Kathy. Her place is perfect for toddlers (as long as they are supervised). Across the pool, feeding the animals, and exploring Bucks County, there’s no shortage of adventures.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL home and so spacious. It accommodated my large group and the drive to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center was quite easy!!!

Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

We stayed here for a local wedding. It was able to accommodate our group of 10, with room to spare. The entire house was spotless, and that's saying a lot with the size of the place and the decor. Everything was perfect. Just wish it was a little warmer so we could have made use of the pool and the great outdoor space.

We came to Cindy’s place for a High School graduation. It was an easy 18 minute commute to Lawrenceville. The house accommodated our party. There was lots of room for our 10 guest in the house, Great kitchen to cook in. The yard was big and spacious. Areas to throw a football, kids to play on the playground and area for adults to gather at the pool and cabana. Communication and check in was all easy.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Lisa's place was such a fun, unique stay for my family (which includes a 2.5yo). Very kid friendly and the neighborhood is great -- my wife and I were able to get some work done at the nearby coffee shops, we had great family breakfasts every day at the local spots, and the drive to the touristy parts of Philly is not bad at all as long as you avoid rush hour! We would absolutely stay here again next time we visit Philly.

This place was beautiful, spacious so comfortable and homey. Junior was so friendly and welcoming. He checked in and was committed to making sure we had an amazing stay. If ever in Philly, we will always want to stay here ! The location was amazing. It was close to so much shopping and food and given our trip was a bit hectic this saved us ! We will definitely be back !

Highly recommend this property! It is quiet and tucked away, the perfect retreat for a quiet getaway. My friend and I stayed for another friend’s engagement party nearby, and Kelly’s property was the perfect location. It is exactly as described, and an exceptionally clean place. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone.

Ram was super accommodating to us, setting up a crib and highchair for our son, and even getting us batteries for his favorite toy.

Brittany was super helpful for any questions we had and responded ASAP! Would stay again! House was nice and super clean with comfy beds!!

Loved the stay! As someone who is local but stayed with my Partner who isn’t familiar with the area. Having places like Cherry Hill, Gloucester, Sicklerville, and Philadelphia so close by made for easy trips and loads of things to check out. It’s a nice decorated home, with great amounts of thought put into the amenities! The only “negative” but not really negative thing I could say is that there’s definitely a limited amount of space and 2 people is the most it could hold. Overall a cute and fun experience, but just a slight bit pricey for just the 2 nights we stayed!

Large house in a lovely, quiet setting. Master suite (with walk-in closet and jetted tub) with two bedrooms upstairs. Large, comfortable couch with big tv for movie nights with the whole family. Loved being able to walk two houses over to the entrance to Kent Park, a very peaceful park with a stream and trails and lots of birds. Very quiet, beautiful setting! Plenty of thought for young kids here, with high chair and crib available, as well as large room for somersaulting and a yard to explore. Thanks for a nice stay!

Place looks actually like pics place is in the hood but it’s quite and police on every corner so it was cool . Very clean and quite will definitely do it again didn’t really get to enjoy it the way I wanted cause my family was u Trenton all day with events, but would definitely recommend and stay again in the future .

Our group of eight had an incredible stay at The Philly Retreat during our visit to the city for The Roots Picnic. The home was exactly as described: spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate all of us comfortably. The attention to detail made our stay extra special, with cozy beds and inviting common areas perfect for relaxing after sightseeing and a long and rainy festival day.
