Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! It is a unique home, with an apartment built over a garage / wood working shop.. then connected to the main house later. This condo is located in the Swiss Mountain portion of Seven Springs. Just across the parking lot from a swimming pool and tennis courts; great for family activities and close to - with a free shuttle - Seven Springs amenities. Seven Springs golf course is just across from the Swiss Mountain entrance. Note: the pictures show a fireplace. However fireplace use is prohibited by the HOA.
