David was an amazing host, very responsive, helpful, and always friendly,. Apartment was clean, in a safe area, with lots of things to do nearby.

Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

Blade and Bow was a lot of fun. Great location. Tons of restaurants and bars in every direction. The staff downstairs made us feel welcome and took excellent care of us. If you want an authentic Louisville experience, you need to stay at The Blade and Bow on Whiskey Row!

Space was very clean and had everything we needed. Had an issue with the security alarm the first night and Michelle was responsive, sending someone right out to fix it. Would stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! Check-in was seamless. Clear instructions and super easy access made arrival a breeze. The location is unbeatable, as it is just a short walk or quick ride to Fourth Street Live, KFC Yum! Center, and tons of great restaurants and bars. It also proved to be a perfect launching point for exploring the Bourbon Trail. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well designed. I wish I would have had more time to stay and enjoy it! I’ll definitely be booking here again for a longer visit. If I wasn’t already locked in at another spot, with a group of 15, for the Bourbon & Beyond and Louder Than Life tours, I would have rebooked this place without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Grace's Air b and b is in close proximity to the city and at a great price. The neighborhood felt safe and was within walking distance of multiple places. I definitely recommend cafe shiraz for whoever stays at the air b and b next.

Nice quiet condo complex. Rooms were large and clean. Quick one night stay so we didn’t cook in the kitchen.

If you’re looking at this Airbnb, don’t second guess and rent it! The location is amazing. Several bars and restaurant right outside the door as well as a quick drive to the waterfront and airport. The space is better than the pictures. Simply decorated and clutter free with everything you would need for a stay. It was very clean and plenty of space for everyone in our group of 6. This condo is great for groups with the main living/entertaining room on the 2nd floor and access to a terrace with more than enough seating for everyone. The bedrooms are on the first and 3rd floor, so the night owls could continue on without disrupting anyone wanting to turn in early. You can hear road noise and bar noise from across the street on weekends till really late. So for those light sleepers, earplugs were really helpful. Anytime we visit Louisville, we hope to stay at Jeff’s. He is a great host, always quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating.

The space was perfect for 9 of us to stay. Everyone had their own bed which was more than comfortable as well as an extremely accommodating living room space. The restaurants and night life were all very walkable from where we were at. Very happy we booked with Nathan!

Trisha's place was excellent!!!! If you are visiting the Nulu district/neighborhood of Louisville, this is a perfect location. walkable to tons of restaurants, bars and whiskey row is not far. For the bourbon lovers, Evergreen liquors is a must! It's maybe at most, 5 minute walk. The secure private parking lot and parking spot is a rare find in this neighborhood! Huge plus!!!! This is my 2nd time staying at this condo facility, the location can't be beat!!!! My husband and I will be back. FYI, Nulu neighborhood is a hip up and coming neighborhood lots of things being built and improved!

This was a great stay for a weekend getaway! My wife and I enjoyed being tucked away in this little neighborhood but still close to the action of Louisville. Brooke was very helpful and responsive and willing to go above and beyond to make our first AirBnB stay wonderful! Would recommend to anyone going to Louisville to check out Brooke’s place!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made settling in so much easier. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free stay.

Great place to stay. Felt safe with children. Appreciated the gated parking. Also of note there are some free weights and a mat. I traveled with mine, but was a nice surprise for anyone wanting to get a workout in. Overall enjoyed the stay!

This is a great location. Short walk to coffee, shopping and a ton of awesome restaurants. The condo is spacious and well decorated. Parking is cheap nearby and there are scooters to rent outside for fun and getting around. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect hub for hopping between the Highlands and downtown Louisville. I grew up in this area and felt right at home. The space was comfortable, with nice big couches and plenty of space for everyone to lounge. The off-street parking was a huge added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Loft apartment located on second floor of a commercial building with parking directly adjoining the unit. Apartment was spacious and relatively quiet while conveniently located near two coffee shops and a large grocery store within walking distance. Location allowed for quick travel between Louisville and Lexington.

This condos location was perfect. We walked to most things we did. The condo itself was super clean and quiet. The beds were so comfortable. Marianne was the best host we have ever had. I highly recommend this property and will stay here next time we come to Louisville

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

Staying at this Airbnb was absolutely worth the price. The place was clean and conveniently located near plenty of great restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive, keeping us updated and giving helpful heads-ups about the unit. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We have stayed at a lot of Ari BnBs over the years and this, by far, has been the best. Our truck didn’t fit in the garage however given the excellent communication, we understood that prior to booking and didn’t have any trouble with on street parking right in front of the condo. There are so many walkable bars/restaurants in the neighborhood. The thoughtful touches, wonderful communication with the hosts and overall beauty of this condo make this place stand apart from all the rest. If we ever get a chance to come to Louisville again…we’ll definitely be looking to book here again! Thank you!!!

Such a cool studio loft! Very modern with great city views! Everything was spotless and extremely comfortable. Walkable to whiskey row and several parking options nearby. Really appreciated the little touches and amenities. Would absolutely stay here again!
