A really lovely apartment which lived up to previous good reviews and description. It had all one needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The location was excellent, being easy walking distance for a good variety of restaurants and beautiful beaches.

We have been as a family for 4 days at home, thank you very much for everything Patricia for being aware of the recommendations and the place so nice you have! We will definitely be repeating again soon because it's worth it! As a recommendation, I would put a fence a little higher for privacy and because the road is next door but otherwise everything from 100! Thank you very much!

A really great place - big and comfortable house with a huge green backyard and an amazing view to the ocean, Santander, lighthouses and sunsets. Feels very private and peaceful and only a couple of minutes of walking to the center of Somo and couple minutes more to the beach. Very well stocked house. The design inside might seem a little old-school, but still very clean, everything works, very comfortable. We were three people and we rented only the first floor and as a result we had lots and lots of space to our selves. David was very helpful and responsive. Great place.

Beautiful, clean and modern beach apartment with fantastic views of the sea and sunset. The two of us were allowed to spend a week in the stylish apartment. Most rooms are separated by curtains and there are many large windows. Private parking and generally a quiet residential area. We would come back anytime.

The apartment was very well located to go to several different beaches and routes, it was not missing a detail to feel at ease, and in our case we were accepted without problems with 5 dogs. Going to places like that and that are so attentive and pleasant is a pleasure. Highly recommended

The place has a very good location, the house is just like the photos and Carlos was very nice at all times. If you go with children, as in our case, it is a good choice. The residential development has a park and the house has toys and books for them. Definitely recommend this place.

A spacious sleeping area features a neatly made bed adorned with patterned bedding and two accent pillows. Nightstands are placed on either side, each holding a lamp. A mirror and open wardrobe are visible in the background, contributing to the room's bright, airy feel.

The accommodation is very good, a quiet area and ideal for children, as it has a park with courts right in front. Free parking at the door. In my opinion, they lose points in the details (broken bathroom soap dish, toilet lid in poor condition, kitchen trash can with broken pedal). I think they're things of little value that would make a much better impression. Even with that, they are details, the place is very good.

Marina was very kind to us, the place was very clean and cozy. The area where the accommodation was located was very nice and quiet. I definitely recommend it.

The kitchen features a blend of modern amenities and natural textures. A stainless steel range hood and stovetop are complemented by a wood countertop, while a window allows natural light to brighten the space. Appliances include a microwave and a compact fridge.

The house is super comfortable, well located in a super natural and beautiful setting. Both Juanma and Maricarmen are excellent hosts, they gave us many recommendations on places to visit and eat and have been attentive throughout the stay. We will definitely repeat.

Everything was beautiful. The house is great, even better than the pictures, I would say. Quiet place, very comfortable beds, the Jardin un gozada con solete and the closed kitchen for breakfast. Armando super friendly and attentive to our comfort. Very nice and grateful.

There's not much more to add to my last review. After digesting this dream of apartment, the decision was made directly after 5 days to return here and enjoy an extended vacation.
