This house is beautiful, better than in the pictures. Rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. Charity was very responsive and helpful solving minor issues that appeared. We had a great stay and the place is highly recommended!

This home was beyond expectations. Everything was so gorgeous - beautiful art, antique furniture, incredible tile and stone work, gorgeous chandeliers. The house has some incredible outdoor spaces - wine on the rooftop in the evening is a must. We spent most of our time out of the house, exploring San Miguel de Allende, but we could have easily enjoyed ourselves just hanging out at the house. The breakfasts were also soooo tasty, and there’s a great Breville for yummy lattes and espressos. I would absolutely stay here again. An incredible experience.

This is the third time we've stayed as a family with HOLT and, as always, it's been an exceptional experience. We love discovering their properties because we know that each stay guarantees quality, comfort and 5-star service. In San Miguel de Allende, its accommodations are ideal for family trips or large groups — well-kept, functional spaces with that special touch that makes all the difference.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

Absolutely stunning and beautiful, enchanting place to stay. Alma was an absolute gem and made us breakfast every day and was extremely helpful and accommodating. The host was very responsive and willing to help. They even accommodated my baby and went and purchased a high chair for my stay. The beds and linens were high end. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place, just a few hundred meters from the center.The interior decoration is gorgeous, it can indeed be considered a luxury home.Bedding and towels are clean and tidy.Unfortunately, there is only air conditioning in the living room, and the other rooms will feel hot at night, but there are ceiling fans.The host is very nice, basically replies to messages in seconds.Nice garden, nice and cool to sit in the garden at night.The waiter will greet you at check-in and come to make breakfast at 9am the next morning. Breakfast is simple, with only milk, cereal, coffee and fruit.The kitchen is fully stocked, but there is no oil, so you can't really cook.

Emilio is a great host! Very responsive and kept me informed on everything to expect. This condo is in a resort style property that is very pretty and quiet. Easy taxi into Zona Central or a 40 min walk if you like exercise. Bring your walking shoes and swimsuit for the nice pool & jacuzzi. We loved staying here and enjoyed the balcony as well. Great stay!

Great location and it is as beautiful as the pictures show. Not a big deal, since we were enjoying the sights of SMA, but note there is a dog rescue shelter next door so there will be some barking sometimes. The place is very much like a hotel and the person who maintains the place is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

Stayed here for a week and it was lovely. View of the city at sunsets was stunning. The kitchen had everything to prepare meals, including a blender which was amazing. Super friendly hosts and animals made it feel like home away from home. I would stay here again!

I literally felt at home, very well located to get to the center, the amenities of the place are very good, great showers, pool and gym, but the stay was incredible, and Carlos's service, not to mention, it's a place that we would definitely return to 👏🏻

My first time In San Miguel de Allende was made even better with this beautiful home. I was traveling alone... but enjoyed having so much room. Beautiful courtyard sitting area, bright colorful kitchen, dining and sitting room... with all the comforts of home. There were breakfast treats waiting for me. Charming bedroom, bathroom... and even a full laundry room. Excellent wifi and tv service... although I stayed so busy in town (a short walk away) it wasn't much needed. The view from the rooftop patio is breathtaking. I drank my coffee up there several mornings... watching the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Can't wait to get back soon. Thank you Brigham and Lynn.

We really liked it, easy to get to the place. The receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. To get to the rooms you have a lot of security. The cleanliness was great, the beds and pillows very comfortable. Although the pool is small, being heated and covered in cold times is excellent for de-stressing. To tour the city you have to ask for taxi service or have or go by own car since there are no places to visit nearby.

Very nice apartment, we love the terrace. We were very comfortable and the transportation service that the residential has was incredible. Daniel always answers our doubts, superhost!!! We will be back.

Very nice apartment with good space. The terrace is private and very good size as well. The common areas are very well cared for, with great attention from the administrator and also with many spaces in the subdivision for walking or running. Everything is very functional inside the apartment and great location

Deana and Dennis are a special kind of host. You feel like you are staying at the home of your longtime friends. They are so warm and welcoming and their home is beyond beautiful. I loved the location. Outside of town but still close. You do need a car or a driver and there is no cell service at or around the property but once you get to the house you’ll have Starlink available. We stayed at multiple Airbnbs in town and this was my favorite.

The room was amazing and we had a lot of privacy. The bed was a little bit hard for our taste but at the end we enjoyed it. The included breakfast was delicious.

I had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean and well kept. The garden is beautiful and the WiFi was good enough for me to download a 4 hour video lecture.. The real highlight though were the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and they were super careful about accommodating my dietary allergies.

Rocio and Alberto are always attentive to messages. The house has separate rooms and each one has a small terrace area to rest. It has a kitchen with everything you need. It's a 10-minute walk from downtown San Miguel... it's a walk you can enjoy.

We visit Airbnb when we want to feel at home… and Martha from the first minute made us feel at the home of a very beloved family member who always welcomes you with the taste of the world and with open arms. A good morning coffee, a cozy and cozy feeling, good talk, loving dogs, rich food, an unreal view, visiting Zenzontle is to arrive at a place full of peace and quiet that made us feel like we wanted to return even when we were still there, it was an experience. We highly recommend this place if what you are looking for is to get out of the routine to connect, if you are looking to get to a place full of love and peace. Its location is a 10/10 is in the heart of San Miguel, in a quiet and peaceful place where you will see thousands of stars and hear nature in its expression, but at the same time you are 10 minutes from the center and the tourist areas. It exceeded our expectations, we count the days to return.
