Vacation rentals with breakfast in El Poblenou, Sant Martí

Una experiencia perfecta, ¡totalmente recomendada! Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en esta casa y no podríamos estar más satisfechos. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente: amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesitáramos. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos (¡o incluso mejor!). Limpia, acogedora, bien equipada y con todos los detalles pensados para que la estancia sea cómoda y agradable. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer día. La ubicación también es ideal: tranquila pero bien conectada, perfecta para descansar y a la vez explorar los alrededores. Queremos dar las gracias por habernos hecho sentir tan a gusto. Sin duda volveríamos, y recomendamos esta casa a cualquiera que esté pensando en venir. ¡No os lo penséis!

Das war bisher das außergewöhnlichste Airbnb, das ich gemietet habe. Wir waren zu siebt in Nurias Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Es hat 4 Ebenen. Ganz unten befindet man sich im Eingangsbereich mit kleiner Küche und Sitzmöglichkeit. Dort ist es im Sommer sicher schön kühl. Auf Ebene 2 und 3 sind je 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein kleines Badezimmer. Auf Ebene 4 haben wir gemeinsam gegessen und zusammengesessen. Hier befindet sich auch eine kleine Terrasse. Das gesamte Haus war tipptopp sauber und wirklich charmant. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Duschbad, Shampoo, Fön, Kaffee, Gebäck, Saft und Milch - alles da. Vilanova ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort mit einigen kleinen und größeren Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Der Hafen und der Strand können sich auch sehen lassen. Mit dem Zug sind wir nach Barcelona gefahren. Alles wunderbar unkompliziert. Das war eine tolle Zeit in einem sehr schönen Haus bei sehr netten Vermietern. Wärmste Empfehlung!

No creo que haya una mejor opción, el lugar es MUY bonito y tranquilo. Poco después de hacer la reserva ya tenía en mis mensajes instrucciones claras de como llegar e ingresar a la habitación. Tuve un problema con mi teléfono y no podía hacer llamadas pero la sra Olga contesto rápidamente a través de la app. Cuando llegue todo estaba impecable y al conocer el interior de la propiedad me quedé impresionado porque de verdad es muy bonito, pude guardar mi bici sin problema y Olga me ofreció agua y unos snacks. De verdad una muy buena experiencia, no puedo quejarme de nada 100% recomendado ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay at Anna’s house as a family of four. The home offers a beautiful view, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Anna and her family were welcoming and made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was their adorable and friendly dog, who we absolutely loved! Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Definitivamente me quedo corta con las palabras para describir la maravillosa experiencia de hospedarme en este alojamiento. La casa es preciosa con detalles fantásticos incluyendo la terraza que estaba fenomenal y el delicioso desayuno. Francesca y Sergio merecen una calificación de 100. Gracias y muy pronto regresaremos porque necesitamos más tiempo para disfrutar este hermoso lugar.

We verbleven met ons gezin met 3 kinderen (4, 6 en 8 jaar). Het huis is heel ruim met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Het enige minpuntje wat ik eigenlijk niet eens wil noemen is dat in de slaapkamer beneden geen airco aanwezig is. Het zwembad is fantastisch voor de kinderen en ook voor ons. Wel opletten uiteraard als één van hen niet kan zwemmen want het is voor de kleintjes te diep zonder bandjes of iets dergelijks. Het is een klein dorpje in een rustige omgeving. Er is een bakkerij, kleine supermarkt, een ijssalon en andere faciliteiten op loopafstand. Ook een aantal restaurants (waar we niet zijn geweest). Als je naar het strand wilt of bijvoorbeeld een grotere supermarkt moet je een half uurtje rijden voor de dichtstbijzijndste maar dat wisten we van tevoren en was voor ons prima. Fijne rustige plek om te zijn maar ook voor een bezoek aan de stranden en plaatsjes aan de Costa Brava, en Barcelona en Girona. Elena is goed te bereiken en is een fijne host! Zeker een aanrader!!

El piso está muy bien ubicado. Estaba limpio cuando llegamos y nuestra estancia ha sido totalmente lo que buscábamos para nuestro viaje a Barcelona. Recomendaría el piso de María Jesús

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Barcelona! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and located in a convenient area close to both train and bus connections, which made exploring the city super easy. The host was absolutely amazing—super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. During an unexpected electricity crisis in Spain, she went above and beyond by waiting for us and providing candles so we could still feel comfortable and safe.Her kindness and hospitality truly made a difference. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona. It felt like a home away from home! Thank you!🙏🏻

Exactly what we wanted and as described. Spacious and close to Sagrada Famillia with super view from roof terrace. Great to eat out in the evening on the terrace. Parking next door, supermarket the other side and restaurants all around. Super place comfortable and quiet but in the centre.

The location is what made me book this place in the first place, and it didn't disappoint. Easily connected to and from the airport with the Aerobus, 2 metro stations away from Placa de Catalunya which and numerous restaurants in the area make the location excellent for tourists like myself. The apartment has air conditioning, which was useful for us since we were there in March and the temperatures were not as warm as one can expect in the summer or early autumn. The apartment is as described: cozy and has all the amenities ones need for a short-term stay - I appreciated that we had tea, coffee, and juice so we could cover those needs without going out early in the morning. If you're looking for an affordable, well-located and simple accommodation then I think you won't find a better place.

Nous avons passé 15 jours a Barcelone en famille (3 enfants) et le logement était parfait pour nous : cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle, grand salon avec canapé et fauteuils, table pour manger tous ensemble, 3 chambres bien éclairées qui donnent sur une cour au calme, et le tout avec la climatisation ! Très lumineux. Les balcons permettent de prendre le frais le soir ou le matin et de faire sécher le linge très facilement. L accès plage, supermarché, marché et métro sont parfait, 5 min à pieds. Les restaurants du quartier sont tres bien et Anna Maria en recommande si besoin. L accueil d Anna Maria et sa disponibilité sont très agréables et très professionnels. On a vraiment passé un excellent séjour , merci !

Es war sehr angenehm in dieser Unterkunft, völlug unkompliziert. Mit herrlicher großer eigener Terrasse mit Sonne bus zum Untergang. Es gubt sehr komfortable Möbel in allen Zimmern und auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Zuganbindung ans Stadtzentrum.

Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The location is great—very central and close to everything, which made getting around easy. The host was friendly and responsive, and we appreciated the decent breakfast provided each day. My only suggestion is that the apartment itself is a bit dated, especially the bathroom, which could use some renovation. But overall, it was a good experience and a comfortable place to stay.

Marianela and Nacho made my partner and I feel right at home since the very beginning. Both extremely friendly people. Their Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious and you get your own living room and bathroom. Completely private. As other reviews mentioned, you get breakfast (toast & juice/coffee) which is helpful for early morning tours/trains. Grab and go. Easy to get to Barcelona in bus/metro, make sure to get the day pass, also have for multiple days.. to use metro and buses to get around everywhere. I also must add that my boyfriend and I cannot have been stuck with a better hosts during the historic power outage. Marianela worried about us like family and that was so comforting. Being so far away from home without service and her assuring us that we had somewhere to stay with the uncertainty was just amazing. We cannot thank her enough. We will definitely be back ! Thank you Marianela. We had a beyond great experience in your home. Anyone will be lucky to stay.
