Vacation rentals with a patio in El Peñol

Andrea was very helpful and responsive and made the process very easy. The property itself was easy to find, easy to check in, and appeared as advertised. I would definitely come back and stay at her place again.

Nos pasamos dos noches aquí en familia y nos encantó. Es igualito a las fotos y está muy cerca al centro de Guatepe. La única recomendación seria tener instrucciones en el apartamento para usar el jacuzzi y el agua caliente de la casa, qué nos costó configurarlos.

The place was very nice and clean. Very close to La Piedra El Peñol and the town. Camila and Mateo were very helpful and responsive to all my questions. They were amazing hosts, very polite, kind, and always willing to make my family and I comfortable and welcome in their Airbnb. I would recommend my friends and family to stay at this Airbnb, and I would stay at Casa Berlin if I ever come back to Guatapé

What a lovely apartment!!!! Looks way better than in the pictures. Very comfortable and spacious! Comfortable beds and bedding. Stocked very well and super clean. Balcony and views are lovely! We stayed for 3 nights with our 4,5 year old and felt like home. Melissa is super sweet, she helped us out with valuable recommendations, private driver and flexible check out time. We will definitely stay there next time visiting Guatape!!!! A bit loud due to construction next door būt that will not be forever and really not a hosts fault.

Great place to stay very private but it is out of the way if you want peaceful, it is a good place, but not local so if you want an out of the way place with a great view this is the place

Casa Mantra es un alojamiento muy bonito, tranquilo y espacioso para disfrutar tiempo en familia. Estuve varios días y la ubicación es buena para visitar Rionegro e ir a pueblos cercanos. Es alejado de Medellín pero de fácil acceso. Lo que más nos gustó fue la vegetación alrededor de la casa y el estilo único que tiene la casa!

Lugar de ensueño, Kiel es un excelente anfitrión y sus palabras aún resuenan en mi oído ‘un día no es suficiente para disfrutar mi casa’, cuánta razón tenía. Si se quieren desconectar y sentir un pedacito de cielo sin dudas alguna este es el lugar.

Tuve una excelente experiencia hospedándome en esta casa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo estaba impecable y tal como se mostraba en las fotos. La decoración era acogedora, con detalles que te hacían sentir como en casa. Las camas muy cómodas, la cocina completamente equipada y los espacios exteriores perfectos para relajarse. La ubicación también fue ideal, cerca de todo lo necesario pero en una zona tranquila que permitía descansar sin interrupciones. Además, David fue muy atento, siempre disponible para resolver cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y la recomiendo a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda, bien cuidada.

Todo ha sido perfecto. La casa estaba impecablemente limpia al llegar, lo cual fue muy agradable. Las indicaciones fueron claras y precisas, el lugar es encantador. Excelente anfitriona, siempre disponible y atenta. ¡Gracias por todo!

Our stay at Finca Colibri was fantastic! It was extremely peaceful and just what we needed. It had a lot of modern amenities not always found in Colombia, which was a real treat. The place felt like home! Highlights included: --> The private dock and Rick's associate who was able to pick us up in a boat for excursions on the lake. --> Beautiful master bathroom and shower! --> Outdoor fireplace to sit around and enjoy! --> Rick's warm personality and helpful nature! We will absolutely be back to stay at Finca Colibri again in the near future as it has become one of our favourite stays in Guatape!

The location is the main star, it's in the end of a distant water branch ("Primavera", north from Guatape). ~0 tourist boats, neighbors' are barely visible, all quiet & filled with birds. The land is large & gorgeous, different orange & banana trees +vegetable garden. Direct access to the lake (down ~20 m hill). Water is comfortable. I rented kayak (Casa Encuentro) & bicycle (Bicirenta). Kayaking & fishing was magical. Cycling to Guatape is ~45 mins 1-way (11km, 400m ↑/↓) + u can cycle to Peñol via village roads. House inside is simple but functional. Kitchen well equipped. Sturdy mattress. Cons: on arrival electronic lock wasn’t setup, 1 window was broken, main door had no glass. I had to set up the lock myself, the windows were fixed in ~2 days. On the last day they’ve sent in lawn mowers at 9:30 am, with check out time at 12:00 & next guest coming in 2 days… But I got a later check out time. But now the house is all set, everything is fixed, you can enjoy the stay safely :)

Divino el apartamento, todo es muy agradable, está bien dotado, la terraza en donde está el jacuzzi es muy agradable y en general todo el lugar corresponde a lo mencionado en el anuncio. Ten en cuenta que a diferencia de otros Airbnb, no encontrarás alimentos básicos para cocinar, como por ejemplo, sal o aceite. Sin embargo, tienen una cortesía en donde se incluye una botella de vino y café. Agradecemos por esto. También para que lo tengas presente no encontrarás toallas de cocina o limpiones. Por lo demás todo fue perfecto, está muy bien ubicado y dentro de las zonas comunes tienes muchas comodidades. Está muy bien, dotado de toallas, cobijas, almohadas y utensilios necesarios de cocina.

The apartment was fantastic, just as described in the posting. The photos matched the actual apartment perfectly. It was well-secured and had an amazing restaurant on the first floor. The food was delicious, and it was very convenient. The pool was as described and has an amazing view. The location was okay, it was quite safe. However, there weren’t many walkable establishments (cafes, restaurants, etc.), but they are just a short Uber ride away. Getting an Uber was easy. There’s a grocery about a block away. The biggest draw for my family and me was the number of young women who came and went from the complex. This had nothing to do with the host. It’s just a heads up for families traveling together to be aware of.

Carlos communicated well, and the condo was very clean and perfect for a group stay. 5/5 — highly recommend.

This place was just as beautiful as the pictures. It’s in a perfect area where you can walk around to cafes, restaurants, and stores. It’s a short cab ride away from the train station, and very central if you are traveling to other parts of the city. We made use of basically all of the amenities and everything was great. Juan Pablo was super responsive and very helpful.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Urban Studio von A-Z genossen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und verfügte über alles was man benötigt. Die Lage war ideal und ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter waren ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen

Beautiful apartment infront of gardens within walking distance of restaurants etc. Very helpful and friendly security at entrance. The host Jorge Luis replied quickly to any requests and gave suggestions on what to do, where to eat etc.
