A very safe, country atmosphere in a luxury residential subdivision with all amenities. The air you breathe is clean and there is a spectacular view of Popocatepetl The pool is private, not shared, and heated in the middle of the garden.

Welcome! Ideal house for couples, families and/or groups in Fracc. Private with 24 hour security. 5 minutes from Av. Juarez (Access to Puebla Center), 10 minutes from Volkswagen, 15 minutes from Cholula, 5 minutes from Galerías Serdán Shopping Center, 15 minutes from Angelópolis Shopping Center. Next to the subdivision, there is a Walmart and a Mega Comercial Mexicana. 3 parking spaces and common areas in the subdivision with children's games, basketball court and barbecues.

Restaurants, local shops, night life and landmarks are located within walking distance. There are two main attractions. La Iglesia de Nuestra Senora de los Remedios, a church that rests on top of the pyramid with a beautiful view of Cholula. The other is La Piramide de Cholula. Tourists from all over the world stop by and visit.

Located very close to Cerro Zapotecas, a beautiful place ideal for practicing mountain biking and walking with pets. Beautiful house with excellent lighting located a few minutes from the historic center on foot. Very close you will find the entrance to the tunnels of Puebla, one of the main tourist attractions in the city. Alongside are the Forests of Loreto and Guadalupe, famous for the battle of May 5th. There is also the cable car and the Exposito Center, where the Puebla Fair takes place every year. It is also very close to the Convention Center. It is not inside a compound
