Townhouse with 4 bedroom in two floors with roof terrace, patio and a balcony only 5 min walk to the beach. An open kitchen and living room and with bbq and dining table outdoor. Roof terrace with an outdoor shower. Minimum stay 1 week. Minimum age for renting is 25 years old. A deposit of EUR100 is required and will be refunded after inspection if everything is in order. The house is located in a quiet area so please respect the neighbors and no loud music or disturbing noise after 23.00

This lovely home is located in the charming neighborhood of El Terreno, within walking distance of Palma City. You'll enjoy privacy and plenty of space with two terraces, two patios, and several relaxing areas. It’s peaceful here, yet just a couple of streets away from the main road, making it easy to walk to the new restaurants, trendy cafes, and bars that are popping up. Bellver Castle, with its beautiful trails and views, is right behind us, with access just a few blocks up the road.

El shopping Fan Mallorca está a 950 metros, y también tienes algunos supermercado y tiendas próximas en la zona. Estarás a un par de minutos andando de Es Carnatge, un espacio natural costero protegido con pequeñas calas arenosas y un paseo marítimo con acceso para peatones y ciclistas.

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.

Please note the hotel complex is closed from mid November until mid March.

It's a perfect stay for a couple, but can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed in the studio area. This apartment is an isoleted house with a private access on the same property as our house and only the entrace from the street is the same.
