You'll enjoy privacy and plenty of space with two terraces, two patios, and several relaxing areas. It’s peaceful here, yet just a couple of streets away from the main road, making it easy to walk to the new restaurants, trendy cafes, and bars that are popping up. Bellver Castle, with its beautiful trails and views, is right behind us, with access just a few blocks up the road.

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.

If you want to be close to the sea and a 10-minute drive from downtown Palma, we are delighted to have you visit us :) The bus that takes you to downtown Palma passes by the door of the house. You'll be a couple of minutes walk from Es Carnatge, a protected coastal natural area with small sandy coves and a promenade with pedestrian and cyclist access.

It's a perfect stay for a couple, but can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed in the studio area. This apartment is an isoleted house with a private access on the same property as our house and only the entrace from the street is the same.
