We stayed for a month and are happy with everything) The windows face the sunny side, the apartment is cozy, like home. It's quiet at night, it's comfortable to sleep in silence. Great location, 15 minutes' walk to Slavianka store, 16 minutes to the sea. Angela is a very responsive, kind person, the atmosphere in the house is kind)

Everything is perfect, the accommodation is identical to the photos, the area is very quiet and parking is easy to find, although the accommodation includes a garage, which is appreciated. Ana Rosa was attentive from the start and was involved in making sure we could enjoy our stay as much as possible, making recommendations for areas to visit and facilitating flexible check-out.

Our stay was just perfect. The flat is large and comfortable, super well equipped with everything needed and more. We liked the location, in a quiet area but with easy access to everything, to park it didn't cost as much as we thought. Everything was spotless and the host was very responsive. We would definitely repeat. Highly recommended!

We stayed here with our cat for four months. From the first day, we felt at home. The apartment is close to the city center, but the environment is very quiet and peaceful. Public transportation and services are easily accessible. The facilities in the apartment are complete and very efficient. All the hosts are super friendly and helpful. Lucia and Eloy are a charm, since we contacted them they have always been very attentive and the response has always been immediate. we saw that the house because of the photos was beautiful, but once there we ran out of words, the views certainly the crown jewel. We didn't want to go and we will certainly repeat experience in the future

Ana and Javier are very friendly hosts, always attentive to whether we needed anything. The house has everything you need to be at peace. A very quiet area, with easy access to bars and shops. Very comfortable beds and everything is super clean and tidy.

We have been very comfortable, as in your own home. They accompanied us to the house for more clarity. It is located in a group of super tranquil casitas, where our dogs could go out quietly, half an hour from the capitals to visit. Very close there is a town with several supermarkets and restaurants with typical dishes.

Above all thanks to walter for its kindness , the house a 10 I felt like in mine it is a rural style house but it is close to everything I want to say that it is not isolated , I spent a weekend from Saturday to Monday I have no complaints the opposite I had read that if the airport was close and I could hear only 4 planes and normal no extreme noise and the road very close yes but normal car sounding. I give it a 5 on many things if it doesn't come out 5 stars for some reason would be because of the price I think it's a little high for the season, but I just leave this said for a non-critical suggestion each one straight their property as they want. Communication with Tino both before and during, very fluid, attentive to all our questions and providing a lot of information about the area: activities, leisure, gastronomy... Staying at Tino's house is a real pleasure and a fantastic experience to also experience its surroundings, 200% recommended

Check-in was easy thanks to the host's clear instructions. In addition, he was very flexible with check-in and check-out. The stay in the apartment was great. It is ideal for the area, as it has its own garage and in high season it is essential in Luanco. The bathrooms were spotless and the whole house was very clean. The hostess Patricia was very friendly and helpful; she recommended places to eat and visit. A very positive detail for us, as we have children, is that there were toys, books and board games, something we don't usually find and that we loved. Very grateful for the service and the place. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in quiet and family friendly complex. Monica is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Her recommendations for Luanco and surrounding areas made our visit special! Only drawback is that the swimming pool is not heated and rather cold , so barely used.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. The apartment is magnificent, the place is quiet and beautiful, far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be able to relax, but at the same time, a short walk from the highway and the city of Gijón. Many thanks to Isabel and Ramón, Alberto's parents, for treating us incredibly well. A luxury to have shared our stay with them. We already miss Asturias!! A big hug to both of you.
