Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system.

Our newly renovated house is in an ideal area to explore the beautiful city of Gijón. 5 min. from the famous Begona Park, and just behind the Fresnos mall, our area is full of local restaurants. The beach is 15 minutes past downtown. In short, you can leave the car in the parking lot that is two parallel streets from the house and will explore the city on foot. Our house is small, but very cozy and comfortable.

Spacious, quiet and very bright apartment with large windows and terrace. Ideal families. No parties. No parties. Free parking included in private garage in the building. Close to San Lorenzo beach, El Molinón soccer stadium, Recinto Ferial, Plaza de Toros and two parks. Well connected to the center. Equipped with everything necessary to spend a few days without having to worry about bringing extra luggage.
