It is really an excellent experience. The place is very special and close to all places. They were very cooperative and responded quickly to my requests. I recommend trying this quiet and wonderful place.

The apartment is basic and in a very good location. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment accommodates two people very comfortably. Hossam is a friendly and caring host who is always available if you have any questions. He both picked us up and took us to the airport. Overall, we had a great time, and I can recommend both the apartment and Hossam as a host.

Nice apartment to stay in for a while. Ashraf and the ever-present concierge Mostafa are always very helpful , for example when I wanted to rent a bike. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and is quietly located. The public beach is a half hour walk away and unfortunately there's no supermarket nearby. All in all highly recommended.

Hello Everybody, I had a long term rent in the apartment. This is located on El Mamsha. Very nice and cozy place. The communication is excellent between Ashraf and me and Mostafa is a very kind person. If I had trouble or question they always helped me. The apartment is bright and sweet, clean. I recommend it. Good location, responsive Russian-speaking hostess, price-quality. The apartment needs cosmetic repairs. There are shops and pharmacies nearby.

It was clean and peaceful, everything was perfect.

The place is great for families, swimming pool under the apartment, low sea for small children. Not for those who would like the barrier below the house, it is not a place for snorkeling, you have to move ( south of Hurghada). As for the area,El Fayrouz, it is newly built,many buildings under construction. There are many buildings under construction. You can find everything for everyday life, food market, coffee, pharmacies. Of course, if you want a good evening at the restaurant, it is necessarily to take a taxi , it is not a problem, they pass continuously , very cheap (50 Pound ,less than €3). That's all

We had a wonderful stay! The host, Hamza, was very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The place itself was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The heated pool was a fantastic bonus, and the super fast WiFi made everything even better. We truly loved our time here and would definitely come back!

An extraordinary villa that can accommodate a large family. The photos of the listing perfectly match reality. The heated pool was a plus for this month of February. The interior patio allows you to stay outside in complete privacy. Sofia is a very thoughtful and responsive host. While waiting to come back one day, I would highly recommend Sofia and her superb rental.

The villa is very nicely located on one of the many lagoons, downtown is easily accessible on foot. By tuk tuk or bike you can also reach kite center, beach bars, wonderful restaurants. We really enjoyed the heated swimming pool, it was cleaned and serviced daily in the early morning, so our privacy was hardly disturbed. The equipment with kitchen utensils may need to be covered and renewed if necessary. Unfortunately, the cleanliness standard of the cleaning company (when moving in) was disappointing. All in all, however, we had a lovely stay and recommend the beautiful villa to everyone.
