Es un mini departamento céntrico, cerca de la Universidad Veracruzana, Palacio de Gobierno y Municipal, a dos cuadras del centro. En este lugar nació el famoso escritor xalapeño Sergio Galindo. Esta bien iluminado, con buena ventilación, sin ruido, al interior del patio de una casa antigua lleno de plantas con sillas que te invitan a la lectura o a meditar. Tiene entrada independiente. Existe privacidad y semanalmente se hace el aseo y cambian blancos y se entregan jabones artesanales.

Katie siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades, fue amable y nos hizo sentir como en casa, siempre estuvo pendiente de si necesitábamos algo. El espacio es acorde a un lugar como Xalapa y se encuentra a unos 10 / 15 minutos de distancia del centro de la ciudad. Todo excelente.
