Family-friendly vacation rentals in San Juan

Víctor was an incredible host! Warm, inviting and extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments were perfect for our family of 6! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I were so excited to stay at Victor’s property. The first thing we said when we arrived is how cozy it felt. We were exactly where we wanted to be in PR and felt right at home. Thank you Victor for the space and your hospitality.

Me and my family had a great time at Victor place. The Terrace was awesome although it rained half the time we were still able to enjoy the open aired area. Victor was extextremely helpful in our check in and with helpful tips to our surroundings. We ate at all his recommended places which were great. The place itself was very spacious and comfortable. Shower hot and clean. I definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting San Juan. Thank you Victor for sharing your place with us.

Melody is a great host, the rooms where great. Great location and service for the price. Highly recommend Melody´s place. When I came back to PR for sure I would stay where Melody´s Place is.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Overall a very peaceful neighborhood with a nice field area across the street. There was a good amount of stores and restaurants within walking distance. No problems wig out stay while we were there would definitely book again. It was also a good distance away from all of our activities!

What a wonderful stay our family of four had! Ismar was so responsive and attentive, and made us feel right at home. From making sure that our adult daughters have (2) hair dryers to use to letting us stay for as long as we needed to when our rental car had an issue that delayed our departure, we couldn't have asked for more. It was a large house with all the amenities you need and we loved that we could simply walk 2 blocks away to have brunch or dinner. Highly recommended!

My brother and I flew from Michigan and Florida and stayed for 9 nights in San Juan to spend time with our brother, sister and others and to complete some family business. The place is very private, in a residential area close to roads that can take you any direction in San Juan and or to the highways to the island. Kitchen is small but complete. Clean, comfortable beds and spacious closets. Host responded very quick to our questions, within minutes. Great beds, AC, TV. We may need to come back and would stay again.
