Apartment vacation rentals in San Juan

This Airbnb was amazing, the neighborhood is really quiet and you feel comfortable around it at any time. Jhonnathan gave us really good recommendations for food spots and places to go, it made the stay a lot more easier, my only concern is that you can listen to other guest sometimes but nothing to worry about, I would recommend this place to anyone else without doubt.

My first time in PR and Alex and fellow host made it an amazing experience!!!! Most definitely coming back and I also highly recommend it to whoever is coming to the island PR. True to the photos you see and quick at responding to messages. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

The apartment met every single one of our needs. The kitchen is a huge plus for individuals who like to cook their own food once in a while. There is a place called Cafe Con Alma, as he suggested, which is a great place to get some breakfast/lunch. Most of the suggestions were really good places. Pizzoni and Sin Mesura are some of the best places to eat, not just in Cupey but the entire island. Highly recommended for future guests.

I really enjoyed staying here it was very peaceful. I appreciate the host and co-host they were always responsive and not hard to reach. I loved the big mirror they have in the room, I took really nice pics. Also, coming in I was sent instructions I knew what to do and how to enter. 10/10 experience I recommend you stay here if you plan on staying in PR. Víctor was an incredible host! Warm, inviting and extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments were perfect for our family of 6! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We chose this place because it was close to our daughter-in-law's family and also wanted to be out of the tourist area. The accommodations were great. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed Mememdi's restaurant just around the corner and down the street a bit. It was an easy walk. The food was good and the people very welcoming. There's a pharmacy/market on down the street that's nice as well. Victor provided a wealth of information, but we didn't need a lot of it because of having family in the area. It was appreciated though.

This place was just perfect! Very clean, neat, and it had exactly what I needed. The neighborhood was great, very quiet, nice neighbors, a small market about two blocks away. Absolutely amazing! Jose was also very responsive and kind. I'm definitely booking this place next time.

The host is responsive when contacted. The unit has large bedrooms; kitchen area. The bathrooms are tight, but doable (No-one is going to spend the entire time in the bathroom, right?) Furnishing in great condition, my family commented the beds were extremely comfortable. We highly recommend to all Airbnb users to check this one when in San Juan PR. Roads are tight to navigate thru, but manageable. Common noises found in neighborhoods -dogs barking; birds or frogs singing; trash pickup

We loved our stay! Such a beautiful beach from the balcony or out the front door. The elevators were fast and quiet, which somehow stood out (I hate waiting for elevators!) Walking distance to great restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We'll be back!

The stay was great! Rosemary was very responsive and kind. The place was just like the description and there was so much to do around the area! Felt very safe and comfortable.

Ruben’s place was very nice and as pictured. The view was amazing. Any issues was quickly resolved by Ruben super fast to respond. The hot water does take a while to heat up but it stay’s hot for a while. Security is really nice here and it’s a very safe place. Places to eat and drink with in walking distance. Uber rides to get around are super cheep. Pool was nice and chairs were available. Turtles snails and iguanas can be seen by the pool area. The kitchen I can’t speak for I didn’t use it at all. The fridge has a britta water container in it and also ice in the freezer. Washer and dryer was a bonus. Light sleeper bring ear plugs. You can hear all the outside noise but I loved it. Bed was comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at Jhensen place! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really stood out to me was Jhensens dedication to being available whenever I needed assistance. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and provided wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying here; it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for being such a great host!

What is not great about being on the ocean! The view, the beach, the city all from your roof top vantage point. This is just what it says. Description is spot on. I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful location. Would highly recommend and wish to return! Thank you for sharing this peice of paradise with us!

Beautiful Gem in Puerto Rico ! Albin was kind & responsive from the moment of booking, & accommodated all of our needs helpfully & with friendliness. The home itself was in a convenient location, not far from all of the attractions of San Juan, & with some local late night eateries nearby. Everything was accessible via car or affordable ubers. Inside was clean, comfortable, & the hot tub was very pristine & peaceful. Lovely neighborhood & beautiful stay overall :)
