Two-story house: the second floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom; on the ground floor, there’s a sofa bed for one person, kitchen, and dining area with access to the garden. Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the house. Secure parking for two cars. Just 13 minutes by car from the boardwalk, close to restaurants, activities, and tours. Beaches like Balandra, Tecolote, and Pichilingue are 25-30 minutes away. Car rental is recommended. I will be happy to help you!

The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the pier and airport (10 min drive). 600 meters away there is a perfect beach for walking and watching the sunset. The pool is shared.
