Beautifully equipped and stocked in the trendy Cabañal Quarter. Close to everything and away from traffic and hustle and bustle! A 40-square-meter apartment on the first floor of El Cabañal, with a 15-step staircase typical of the construction in the Poblados Marítimos of Valencia! Staircase that gives access to two apartments, both of which I own. My daughter and I live upstairs with independent access. I am available at all times via the app, 24 hours a day. For any questions, needs, or problems, you can count on us! If something breaks in this house, it's okay. You don't have to pay for it!! At check-out time, the most important thing is not to forget anything you might need later. Hello! Valencia is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. It has beach and mountains and very good weather. We have many km of bike path, it is a pleasure to visit the city by bike. The Cabañal is a historic neighborhood with many protected houses being old between the sea and the city center. Near the house you can find all kinds of services, supermarket Day 7 minutes walk or Mercadona at 10. Pharmacy 24h and lots of restaurants and bars, but above all a great beach.
