L'appartamento è molto comodo, sicuro e ordinato. Si trova di fronte a un supermercato, ristoranti, fermata dell'ecovia e due passi dalla zona migliore di Quito. C'è un custode 24h all'ingresso, per cui è molto sicuro. Inoltre comoda la piccola palestra al 12 piano, con vista sulla città. Ci torneremo di sicuro!

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado para la crisis de energía, el anfitrión se ocupó de que haya un powerbank conectado al WiFi, además tenía una batería adicional para poder conectar la computadora y otros aparatos electrónicos y una linterna grande. por eso nunca fue necesario utilizar el cowoerking del edificio. El edificio tiene planta para las aereas comunes y es muy pet friendly, no se escucha ningún ruido de la calle, se duerme con mucha tranquilidad. En la habitación principal hay un pequeño calefactor, por si las noches son muy frías. Adicionalmente había un botellón de agua, eso nos encantó. Los anfitriones respondían rápido los mensajes y siempre estaban pendientes.

The apartment is great and matches the pictures. I can’t say enough about the host and Miguel. They will help you with whatever you need and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and sound. There is a super maxi, which has everything you could want grocery wise and is $1.50 uber or taxi ride away. There is a small market with essentials and fruit and veggies a short walk away.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Mi experiencia en el departamento fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, todo estuvo impecablemente limpio, lo que transmite mucha tranquilidad. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar. La decoración es moderna y acogedora, y el lugar es muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Además, el trato del anfitrión fue excepcional: siempre atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar y me encantaría volver.

Mi estancia fue excelente. El host siempre estuvo muy atento y disponible para cualquier cosa, todo el proceso fue muy fluido desde el check-in hasta el check-out. El apartamento está tal cual como en las fotos: limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del Parque La Carolina, muy céntrica y con fácil acceso a todo. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡100% recomendado!

Guapulo is the best spot for escaping the big smoke of modern Quito, and Amandine’s place gives you everything you could wish for for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My fav. time of day was 7-9am when the morning sun streams in the windows and the hammock beckons, together with some good music and fresh coffee :)

Quede Fascinada con el lugar, fue algo muy bonito. Todo super limpio y ordenado. Nos encantó nos sentimos como en casa.

I was for visiting Ecuador for work and stayed a bit longer than a week in Quito. Cumbaya is a great area and was able to find and purchase all necessary items for a calm stay at the apartment. On top of all, there is a spa, a swimming pool and a parking spot. I was really feeling like at home away from home.

I stayed at Ana’s apartment for a week. I had been travelling quite a lot and just wanted a place to relax and this was perfect. I love cooking and was amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was, it had every utensil I could possibly need. There are 2 televisions in the apartment, the one in bedroom has Netflix. The apartment is very safe, security are always on call and replied to my messages straight away when I had any questions. The gym was also very well equipped and had all the equipment needed for a full workout. Ana was a great host and kept in contact to ensure I had everything I needed.
