Thank you for this amazing place to stay! It was a once in a livetime experience. Everything is so lovely decorated. Julia and Erik were so personal and very very friendly to us. All four of us loved to sleep in the hay. Our son (5) learned table-tennis, our daughter enjoyed all of the lovely little games! breakfast besides the cows was fun! Thank you!

We had a very nice holiday. On the way out just before we arrived at the cottage, we saw a moose. Very cool. It is a very nice cottage in the forest. You can take beautiful walks directly from the cottage. It is super quiet. The house was nice and warm when we arrived. We were allowed to glide wood ourselves and light the wood stove and grease spit, which was very nice and cozy. Anything you need is present in the house. Thank you!

We were guests at Anette's with four people for a week. Anette was on site to welcome us, the place was as described, beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Extremely quiet location and a good starting point for excursions. Also recommended and especially with children is the Kleva Gruva, an old mine. The property is not located directly on the lake, you have to walk a little downhill over the pasture or you can go to the nearest swimming spot, which is not far away. There is also an impressive little Schlips Museum... Thank you for letting us be there.

Excellent location directly on a very quiet lake in the middle of the forest away from noise and hustle and bustle. It was sooooo good. Perfect for completely relaxing and unwinding. We didn't miss anything important when it was set up. The house is simple but cozy with all the basics. A rowing boat is located directly at the in-house boat dock in front of the door. A wonderfully clear lake invites you to swim. The view from the bedroom to the lake is uniquely beautiful. We were thrilled and can only recommend this house if you are looking for peace in nature. Those who need it will find shopping, excursion destinations and entertainment nearby. Picking mushrooms, biking, or hiking in a beautiful setting. Anything possible. We were thrilled and can only recommend the host with the house.

What a great and nice house in a fantastically beautiful place! Everything was correct in the house: complete and cozy kitchen, nice living room, good bed and nice bathroom with shower. Pleasant and nice contact with the owner. Great area for hiking with the dog. In short: a super nice place where we will definitely come back.

Lovely, lovely house in quiet surroundings. The house has everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely living room, lovely bedrooms with good beds, a lot of games for the family, yes everything, for you to have a wonderful family holiday. The house is close to Bulderby, where “All of us children in Bulderby” are busy, and also close to Katthult, where “Emil from Lønneberg is occupied. Super cozy! We also took a day to Astrid Lindgren's World, which in the finest way reproduced fragments of her great stories in the form of plays and small houses. And if you're lucky, the house is also in an area with lots of moose, wild boar and crown game. All in all, a great place, which is held by Jan and Marianne - amazingly sweet and welcoming hosts.

We stayed in this nice house for four nights / 5 days on the Easter holiday. It was a very spacious and tidy house with a lot of storage and suited our family perfectly (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom downstairs was fresh. The hosts were very nice and live in the house next door - and this felt good. There is a lot of land around, and it was very cozy to sit and watch all the birds, rabbits, deer and of course the cute cats. The only negative thing about the house was that the toilet upstairs didn't work which made it a little messy for us sometimes. Otherwise, we were super happy. We were looking for peace and nature, and we got this a ton. We made some day trips that were all popular with us all in the family: Katthult Gård (5 min away from the house) Skullaryd Moose Park (45 min from the house) Eksjö (just over 30 minutes from the house) Hiking - Skurugata (45 min from the house) Hiking - Norra Kvill National Park (20 min from the house) Hiking - Sparkling (10 min from the house)

Cozy little cabin located in very quiet surroundings. Suitable for a stay where most activities are outside the cabin as, just as described, it is small. Lovely terrace with morning sun and nice view. Robert was very welcoming and extremely flexible with special requests, which was a great help. There is no freezer, but other common kitchen necessities are available.

We felt very comfortable in the cozy house. It has a quiet location and we slept very well. In the morning we used the wooden terrace in front of the house for breakfast and in the afternoon a sunny seating area on the back terrace was optimal for drinking coffee. The bathroom was also very large. Susanne had put fresh flowers in the living room. That was a pleasant welcome.

The house is relatively isolated in the forest near a lake, very peaceful and quiet. It is possible to go boating on the lake, which is very nice. The sunset on the lake was also very pretty. everything was very quiet and calm, the starry sky with very little light pollution revealed a pretty Milky Way. The house itself had everything you needed, was spacious enough. The bed was large and comfortable, the living room had enough space to eat and rest. The pretty winter garden has a fireplace, which allows for comfortable evenings by the fire. The storage in the entrance was also appreciable. By car, you can reach Eksjö in about 20 minutes (go north for a less rocky road), you are well placed to visit the area. Our only regret was not spending more time in this beautiful place. Christoffer was also responsive if there were any questions, everything went very well.

The small apartment at Eksjö's was a very good choice for our one week stay. Everything was clean and tastefully set up. The surroundings are very quiet and idyllic and invites you to hike, a car/bike necessary to reach the nearest supermarkets and cities. Hanna and Olle were very friendly and always available! We will be happy to come back. 😀🌸

We were received in a very friendly manner. Away from the hustle and bustle around Astrid Lindgren, our accommodation was in the middle of a lonely area, where we could experience the real Lindgren world. The Norra Kvill Nature Park was quick to reach, as were the Lindgren sites. It was easy to relax on the verandas. We'd love to come back.

We stayed at Rebecca's place for a night on a longer road trip with our two small children and were very comfortable. Some things that really stood out to us where that there was a crib for us to use and it was made up with sheets and ready to go, and that it was very easy to park and get inside when we ended up arriving late at night. We also were extremely happy about the drawer of toys that kept our toddler occupied while we packed up the next morning. Every Airbnb should have a drawer of toys in our opinion! Rebecca was very responsive and understanding. And the location was peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Tobias house. It is a truly extraordinary experience to spend time in such a remote place. We could see the most beautiful starry nights and at days you could hear and see a lot of animals around the house. Nicole was quick replying, proactive and even brought us some of the eggs her hens laid and Tobias gave us a warm welcome even though we arrive pretty late at night. We had an altogether great time and would love to come back sometime.

This is very cozy. It has everything you need, including coffee and spices. It was clean and the location is beautiful. We enjoyed the tranquility very much. We were allowed to use the rowing boat at the nearby lake, which we liked very much. Communication with Alvida was great. She was very accessible, friendly and helpful. There was an even welcome in the kitchen waiting for us, which we were very happy about. We would love to come back.

We had a lovely few days at Anneli's house. It is located in a quiet area overlooking a lake. The house was clean upon our arrival and the check-in was straightforward. Outside there are several seating options and a barbecue. Only the entrance area is modernly designed downstairs, the kitchen and living room are a little older but very cozy. We felt immediately comfortable and would happily come back.

The artistic elements in the accommodation and surrounded by beautiful Swedish houses and apple trees, that was really very idyllic. If you are looking for the authentic 'Swedish idyll,' this is the place to be! The Torp is even more beautiful than the pictures and furnished with so much attention to detail. Tomaz and his family welcomed us warmly, provided us with plenty of information about the region and always had an open ear. We had a great week and felt very comfortable! A highlight was the joint BBQ by the campfire incl. baking bread and collecting wood with the kids. We recommend the place without reservation and will be happy to come back any time!

Very good place to stay in Mariannelund. Don't be irritated by the stairwell, this is a bit "old school". The apartment is wonderfully large and has everything it needs. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance.

We had a great week walking with our kids in the footsteps of Astird Lindgreen. Bullerbü, Katthult, Vimmerby and Mariannelund were easily accessible. There is a nice swimming lake near the apartment. The food at Anki's cafe is highly recommended. We have experienced a lot and have recovered well at the same time thanks to the spacious apartment and the tranquility in Karlstorp. Thank you!

I was lucky enough to rent an apartment from Caroline, and it was truly a great experience. Caroline is so nice and positive, and she was always helpful if there was anything I needed or wondered about. Her warmth and welcoming way really made a big difference. The apartment had a great view, and the two nice cats who live there made everything even cozier and more homely. I really hope I can come back and rent from Caroline again as I continue my education 2025-2026. It would be great to stay with her again!
