A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to ride up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

A charming and newly built cottage, 10 minutes by car or bus from Drottningholm Palace, Ekerö municipality. Here you stay alone or max two people (extra fee). The bed is new and 105 cm wide. An extra mattress on the floor can be arranged if needed. The rent includes sheets, towels and final cleaning. You have access to a smaller patio if you wish. Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.
