Newly renovated villa stunning lake view 100m swimming

Welcome to chill out in our unique and quiet home. Here you enjoy lake views both in the garden and in the house. With only 100 meters to the nearest swimming jetty is a cooling bath, a ride with SUP or in the winter a skating trip the lake with a bath in our hot tube. A wonderful rural oasis 20 minutes from Stockholm city and 5 minutes to the Nordic region's best mall Täby Centrum-so when the city's pulse attracts, it is also easy to get to.

We had a great stay at Kari's. The house is beautiful, very lovingly and tastefully decorated and nothing is missing. The location is great if you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle and want to spend a lot of time in nature. There is a nature reserve nearby where you can go for a walk. There are many lakes nearby and a nice little beach for children. You can also take the bus to Stockholm. The supermarket is a bit far away, but that's not a problem if you plan a bit or have a car. Kari was a great host, everything was very well thought out and we felt very welcome and comfortable. All in all, I highly recommend the house and we would very much like to come back. :)

The place is well located, quiet. A grocery store is nearby and the subway and bus stops are 8-10 minutes away. The applications in Stockholm city center are great. When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast outside on two different terraces. You have plenty of space and especially liked the comfortable bed with the great mattresses. The house offers a lot of atmosphere. There are many seating options and the kitchen is fully functional. We would always come back. It was very nice to stay there.

The communication with Fredrik was also excellent, he was always available and has taken care of all our concerns. The location is ideal, we were able to enjoy both the tranquility of the surroundings and the proximity to attractions. Our stay was completely successful and we would love to come again at any time. This house is just amazing! Such a great location, really nice view and super modern and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable! The pool was very pleasant. I spent (unfortunately only) 4 nights with my kids in this wonderful house. Less than half an hour outside of Stockholm and you are in a different world, totally calm, right by the sea. The sunrise over the sea - if you happen to be awake at 5 in the morning - is just marvellous. The house is beautiful, even nicer than on the pictures, perfectly clean and perfectly equipped. We had some relaxing days swimming (two neoprene suits available), stand-up paddling, chilling on the terrace and boating around the islands. Renting the yellow boat is a must - it's faster than it looks. Thomas is the perfect host - always available and super supportive when you need him. Thanks for this great vacation! Water-skiing (skies available) is on our list for next time :-)

Joel was very responsive with all communications which provides a great sense of security, especially when visiting a different country. House was just as presented in the pictures, very clean inside, looked to be recently refurbished. Evenings are extremely peaceful with only ducks occasionaly in the distance. Neighbors were nice, supermarket about a five minute drive away as well as many popular areas to visit in Stockholm about a 15 minute drive. You will enjoy this location.
