The direction of the property ensures magnificent sunrises and sunsets that you can enjoy on the large 60 m2 outdoor terrace. There is also a rowboat available. The apartment consists of a spacious kitchen and bathroom and a large living room, where there is a sleeping loft, 2 beds under the loft and a comfortable sofa bed. You can cozy up in front of the fire in the beautiful tiled stove. Air conditioning is also available. You are close to Finland's oldest pedestrian street, to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, train station, Hagen nature area and all other services.

The wood-fired traditional sauna, which is freely available to tenants, offers deep and humid saunas.

The yard is peaceful and fenced, but nice cafes, restaurants, beach, and promenade are just around the corner. Not to mention the movie theater behind the wall, of course.
