In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental part that is rented to a permanent tenant. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.

Family home in a semi-detached house right next to Ekebergsletta, with a nice garden and immediate proximity to the bus that takes 12 min down to the city. Or a walk through Ekeberg Park, and you are in Bjørvika in 20 minutes. Nice and quiet residential area. Parking space for 2 cars. Since this is our family home and we have a neighbor on the 2nd floor, we do not want to rent for partying.
