Very nicely located accommodation next to the historic Zandpoort. Despite the location very quiet. Everything is present and the apartment was very clean.

I could write an elaborate review listing all the virtues of this apartment and its hosts, but I prefer to be brief. Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located apartment, with everything you need" "Friendly, attentive, nice, decisive hosts" We spent two months as if we were in our own home, I will definitely be back.

Our stay at Arthur's was perfect! A simple and independent arrival with the key box, very well indicated, a nice welcome with local drinks on the table, a modern apartment, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. All the necessary amenities were available in the accommodation. No complaints, I would recommend this apartment 100%.

We thank Leon and Marleen for a lovely quiet and relaxing stay. Our little dog Ruby-Romee also enjoyed the ultrarooled fenced garden. The accommodation is also fire and sparkling clean and everything is completely available. For aspiring guests who check out this site and are looking for a quiet and spacious apartment with lovely large outdoor space and certainly the ones that are accompanied by their sweet dog(you) this is a no-brainer for all parties. The support and guidance by Leon and Marleen is extremely friendly,accommodating and megatop.. We spent a family week end there. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The house is big enough for 4 couples and 3 kids. The location is perfect, very quiet area, we can easily go for a walk. The house was super clean, well furnished. It was perfect

Nice host responds quickly and is very friendly. Space is compact and practical. Amenities are very convenient (washing machine with drying function, induction plate, oven, dishwasher). The place was well cleaned prior to arriving. Finding front door was a little tricky but getting in very easy! Especially useful that you can take the keys and not always have to enter a code during your stay. Definitely recommended!

The energy of the place was very positive, making it a really enjoyable experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The location was amazing, with beautiful views and a peaceful, green surrounding—such a lovely and refreshing spot. The house had everything I needed, fully equipped and comfortable. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, and if I ever visit this city again, I will definitely stay here again!

The host was very nice to let us have an earlier check, and answer to all our questions in a friendly way . The apartment was very clean. A little weird that there was no sink in the bathroom but it was in the bedroom instead . The place was easy to reach and the parking spot was nearby and for free. The only negative thing was the loud street.

Patrick is approachable and the accommodation is very comfortable to stay in.

Place well situated in Eindhoven, close to main road access and nearby stores for daily consumption like several supermarkets.

The accommodation was the same as in the photos, everything was organized and clean. My only recommendation would be that they should provide more sheets

We as friends of Brigitte's daughter and Rob, really enjoyed staying with them. It was lovely and a beautiful area. The Apartment was great! Enjoyed a day at the pool and well closed with a cozy BBQ on the water! Brigitte & Rob are super friendly and cozy helpful people to stay with. We will definitely come back again!

We stayed for 3 nights for our annual rock festival in Tilburg. Everything was totally fine. Soft beds, complete kitchenette, nice compact shower, breakfast table, soft towels, welcome beer, discreet interaction, ... all complete. Beautiful area for walks and at the edge of a very welcoming and beautiful village. We hope to return next year!

This flat very picturesque and cozy. Especially we appreciated the balcony with the view to the park and its closeness. Thank you for this nice time
