In the state-recognized resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have lovingly converted a cozy apartment under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz." The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. Relax in the garden under the 100-year-old blood beech, next to the ancient rhododendron bushes or by the stream. The original beams of the roof truss, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cozy.

We have a year-round ski hall for cross-country skiers and those who want to become one, not far from the apartment in the beautiful Oberhof. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
