Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Fleischer mit Bratwurst-Stand, Softeis-Automat, Döner, Tante-Emma-Laden, Bücherei, Bank-Automat, Restaurant und Kirche sind gleich um die Ecke. Der Haseltal-Radweg führt direkt am Grundstück vorbei. Er beginnt am Rennsteig-Radweg bei Oberhof und endet in Einhausen am Werratal-Radweg. Fahrräder können Sie bei uns kostenlos ausleihen. Zum Freibad ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Wander- und Skigebiete auf dem Kamm des Thüringer Waldes sind schnell erreichbar.

Apartment mit Wohn-/Schlafraum. 1 Doppelbett (1,80x2,00m) u. 1 Einzelbett (0,90x2,00m)auch 1 Kinderbett ist vorhanden. Voll ausgestattete separate gemütliche Wohnküche und Duschbad. Im Sommer sind Sitz+Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten. Im Winter ist die Loipe vor der Tür Private Sauna im Sommer mit Außendusche zu mieten (inkl. Handtücher,Bademantel und Aufguss von 10.00-18.00Uhr) Gerne könnt ihr im Sommer nach Voranmeldung Fahrräder mieten. Schlitten für Kinder geben wir euch gerne.

Das Apartment befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss und liegt mitten im historischen Zentrum von Weimar. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine komplett eingerichtete, moderne Einbauküche. Das Bad mit Badewanne und die große Sonnenterrasse laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Zugang zum Apartment erfolgt eigenständig über einen Schlüsselkasten. Gern sind wir auch persönlich für Euch vor Ort.

Meine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen, falls nötig ist ein weiterer Schlafplatz schnell auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa im Wohnzimmer gerichtet. Auf unserem SMART-TV stellen ich Euch NETFLIX zur Verfügung, für Regentage und eholsame Abende auf dem Sofa :) Ich wohne ruhig, direkt am Wald, wo wunderschöne Wanderwege beginnen. Für Geschäftsreisende ist eine ausreichende Ausstattung vorhanden. 1 Reisekinderbett sowie 1 Hochstuhl stehen für einen kleinen Gast bereit.

Die ruhige Lage am Fluss Gera am Rande des Steigerwalds in Verbindung mit der Nähe zur Stadt und der guten Verkehrsanbindung bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Erfurt und Umgebung, sowie für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Gera-Radweg führt direkt am Haus entlang. Geschäftsreisende finden ruhige und erholsame Nächte sowie kostenfreie Parkplätze.
