The old house is located in a small village on the edge of the Bergisches Land, a stone's throw from the Westerwald. The house has been renovated in recent years, only the facade is still missing. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room in the attic and a large property (about 2,000 m²). The cottage is quietly located on the outskirts of a 300-person village, there is no thoroughfare, the main sounds are the occasional bleating of the neighbor's sheep.

Our half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2020, is part of a larger half-timbered ensemble. It combines historic flair with a modern ambiance. The overall high-quality facilities leave nothing to be desired. Our village of Geilhausen is scenically nestled on the upper Sieg and has its own train connection. The banks of the Sieg, the forests and heights of the Westerwald and the Bergisches Land invite you to hike and cycle via the Sieg and Westerwald nature trails.

Very nice old building apartment for two to four guests in a historic mill. Perfect for a hiking vacation or relaxation. In a picturesque location, outside the Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.

We offer 3 parking spaces for overnight stays with a motorhome. If campers are there, they will also use the bathroom. Only for guests who love nature and a camping atmosphere! We offer a small accommodation in an old half-timbered house in the beautiful Westerwald. The apartment is located on the first floor. We have almost completely renovated it ourselves with attention to detail. By arrangement, the garden with fireplace can be used. We look forward to seeing you. I live here on the farm with my wife, my children and my parents. That's why it's lively here :)
