Apartment vacation rentals in Ehime

This airbnb was probably one of the most comfortable, fully equiped, clean and spacious apartment that I have ever been to. I would definitely go back there.

I was extremely happy with this apartment. The location was great. From Kochi Station it was only a ten minute walk. Within two minutes walking there were many bars and some restaurants. It was only a four minute walk to get to the main Shotengai shopping street. I was also very happy with how much space this apartment had. It was the biggest of all my other Airbnb's in Japan. Felt very spacious. the building is a little older (80s or 90s) but it was clean and no issues. I would definitely rent this place again. The only thing I think the manager should add is a box of Kleenex tissue. not a big deal though. I am very happy with this find...and enjoyed the stay.

Great room full of restaurants nearby, and super close to Kōchi Castle

The house is located within 500 meters of the subway station. You can get to Matsuyama Station in 10 minutes by car. Although it is about two kilometers from the Avenue Street, it is still very convenient because Matsuyama as a whole is not large. It is worth mentioning that the room equipment and cleanliness are very satisfactory. It is also relatively spacious. The sunshine is very good in the morning, and it is very pleasant to spend two days in the cherry blossom season!

We loved this apartment: great location, nice tatami mats and futons, spacious compared to everywhere else we stayed on our trip. Good value for money.

Nice place not far from Kochi castle, easy parking across the street. If you have big&heavy luggage, careful about booking the upper floor rooms, the staircase is really steep.

The best thing was that it was towards Okuido, so it was a comfortable distance to walk to everywhere. So, even on the day of departure, I was able to walk around diligently in the morning. Also, the space was larger than the photos, and the blanket was comfortable. And it was nice that the bathroom was clean. If I go back to Matsuyama, I think I'll use it again next time.

The location is right in front of the Matsuyama Ropeway, and the shops around the accommodation are cute and good for souvenir shopping. Okaidos Shopping Street is also nearby. The accommodation was more spacious and cleaner than I thought, so it was enough to stay alone. It would be enough for two people to stay. I arrived early because of the 7 am flight, but I was able to look around comfortably because you took care of my luggage. Thank you.

You have prepared a lot of things in the accommodation. Umbrellas, sightseeing, transportation maps, ramen restaurants, etc. Umbrella, coffee, tea, sweets, mineral water (number of people), disposable slippers, toothbrush toothpaste, face towel, bath towel, organic (shampoo, bath, conditioner), smart TV,,,,,, This is such a considerate accommodation that I remember. There was no reservation the day before, so they were happy to check in early for free even around 12 o'clock. There is a very large local hot spring facility nearby, 5-6 minutes on foot, where I drank, ate, ate, and slept with hot springs for half a day. There was a book off next to it, so I shopped for figures, cd, goodies, etc. for cheap. There is also a large fuji shopping mall next to it, so I bought late evening, takoyaki (Kintako), and cake. (gu is located there. There are also Mr. Donuts and Ringerheart). Especially since 7 o'clock, sashimi, sushi, lunch boxes, bread, and sandwich salad are sold for half the price, so I bought a drink and a late-night snack every evening. It takes about 10 minutes to Matsuyamashi Station on foot and 8 minutes to Matsuyama jr Station. The place is very clean. The items fell off and I looked under the bed, but it was so clean without dust. Two air conditioners were also well maintained. You can use the limousine or Korean pick-up bus to the airport at Matsuyama Station, but I wanted to come more comfortably on the day of my return, so I called a taxi using the go app, and it came out at 2230 yen. The hot springs in downtown Matsuyama are fine, but you can try spa resort juraku (riraku). Free shuttle runs from Matsuyama City Station.(40 minutes) The water and facilities are also relaxing. I think my whole body is slippery and gloomy. It is a much better quality than the beauty hot spring Ureshino. It's a 15-year revisit of Matsuyama, but everyone is in place besides the refurbished streetcar like a Japanese characteristic that doesn't change much. For a short hot spring trip, I recommend Matsuyama, which is convenient for transportation, and I recommend staying here with safe, clean, well-located, and considerate service at Kentaro's place.

Very clean, bright unit downtown. Close enough to walk to the impressive Matsuyama Castle and the Okaido shopping street (which includes a great Food Hall) plus convenient access to city trams to reach other sights such as Dogo Onsen. Comfortable beds, good towels and linens. As a host Kentaro was very responsive to any communications in English, which we appreciated. The kitchen is basic but serviceable for light meals and straightforward food preparation. The size of the unit does not allow for a dining table, but there is a very comfortable large couch and coffee table which served well for breakfast and which is the better choice for the space. Both sleeping rooms connect directly to kitchen/living area, making them private. One of the bedrooms has a desk and chairs. The bathroom, toilet and sink areas were very clean. We did not use the washing machine. Overall a great stay.

Cozy and pefect location!

If you come to climb Takaya Shrine, this homestay is a very good choice, and it is also very close to the beach. The room is small but fully equipped, and there is a large terrace where you can barbecue. It is not relatively convenient for people who do not drive, but the distance from the bus is acceptable.There are no convenience stores around, need to buy in advance.The bus time is also long.And because parking is not allowed on the side road, not necessarily on time, you need to go to the bus stop a little beforehand.

Michiko's place is clean and comfortable in a good location.

It is a quiet place to live at an affordable price. The shower is shared, but it was good for the price. Recommended for solo travelers who plan to stay for a long period of time.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kure. It was more spacious than expected, really clean, and a central location to everything we needed (train, restaurants, and combinis). Our host left us easy to use manuals (that included pictures and videos) on how to find the rental and use the appliances. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a scenic location away from the main central city. It was the perfect quaint getaway. I will also add for anyone who is considering this 5⭐️ location, that there is no elevator for this rental. But there is not a lot of stairs you need to climb either.

I’ve stayed at Kondou’s place several times over the years as the location and price is perfect for me. This is not a luxury apartment, so don’t expect too much, this is definitely no frills accommodation. If however you want a clean affordable place to stay near the city centre, this is ideal.
