In my resort near the sea - 330 meters , I have available 10 duplex apartments with 3 rooms and a terrace. I describe below: Duplex villa with 3 rooms having a generous area of over 95sqm. Ground floor: open living room and kitchen, terrace and lawn, barbeque, full dishes, bathroom with shower, big sofa bed ,tv. Floor: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, each with balcony and second bathroom. The terrace and the barbecue are private spaces only for you group. Parking is included near the villa.

Villa OZZY is an Adults Only villa, just for adults, with 6 rooms with ensuite bathrooms. In the courtyard there is a gazebo equipped with barbecue, stove, sink and all necessary for a summer kitchen. The refrigerated cabinet and 4 tables with 4 chairs each complete the gazebo. Upstairs is a staircase where there are 6 rooms with private bathrooms. 4 of the rooms have balconies. All the rooms have air conditioning and free WIFI access.

The villa is near the beach, has a garden with outside grill for barbecue, a big table inside the living room, and one outside in the garden for breakfast, lunch and dinner, also a small table for coffee or tea.

Everything went great, had a wonderful stay, we will definitely come back in the future, thanks to the hosts for their hospitality.

We found the house really clean,it’s exactly like the pictures,very good location with easy access to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Even on busy noisy nights you can sleep without any problem as in the house you can’t really hear anything! Will definitely recommend for people who likes to have their own place while in holiday!

It's a wonderful place, near the beach, private parking places enough for 3 cars. It's was by far the best equipped holiday house I've ever been to and there's nothing I could complain about. We had a group of 10 and everybody had its own privacy and spacious common places to spend time together. Not needing to queue at the shower when coming back from the beach was priceless as the house has 4 bathrooms. Communication with Mihaela was excellent, she was very helpful even in the case of our additional wishes. I recommend to everybody considering to visit Mamaia in a larger group.

The house is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lidl is across the street, and the beach and promenade are just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Eclise was excellent ! The host was great and met every request I had. The house and room were very clean and have a beautiful garden in the back with fully equipped kitchen and barbeque. Definitely recommend for the price !
