In my resort near the sea - 330 meters , I have available 10 duplex apartments with 3 rooms and a terrace. I describe below: Duplex villa with 3 rooms having a generous area of over 95sqm. Ground floor: open living room and kitchen, terrace and lawn, barbeque, full dishes, bathroom with shower, big sofa bed ,tv. Floor: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, each with balcony and second bathroom. The terrace and the barbecue are private spaces only for you group. Parking is included near the villa.

The swimming pool is illuminated in a calming blue hue, reflecting the night sky. The backdrop features a building with the name 'Vila Vanesimo' prominently displayed. Soft lighting enhances the serene atmosphere around the pool area.

Villa OZZY is an Adults Only villa, just for adults, with 6 rooms with ensuite bathrooms. In the courtyard there is a gazebo equipped with barbecue, stove, sink and all necessary for a summer kitchen. The refrigerated cabinet and 4 tables with 4 chairs each complete the gazebo. Upstairs is a staircase where there are 6 rooms with private bathrooms. 4 of the rooms have balconies. All the rooms have air conditioning and free WIFI access.

The Eva Villa is a great place to host a group of friends or families, that can accommodate up to ten to ten people. Has everything you need to spend a great time with friends and family. The villa is near the beach, has a garden with outside grill for barbecue, a big table inside the living room, and one outside in the garden for breakfast, lunch and dinner, also a small table for coffee or tea.

An entrance is shown through wide stone steps leading up to a spacious patio. Planters filled with colorful flowers line the edges. An umbrella provides shade over one seating area, while a large glass door allows light to illuminate the entrance.
