Great for families with children who can have freedom in the exclusive, enclosed back garden. Also great for some Al Fresco dining when the weather is good. Set in the heart of Edinburgh’s historic Old Town, the apartment is just around the corner from St Giles’ Cathedral and Edinburgh Castle. It’s a short walk from many museums and historic sites, as well as a host of shops, restaurants, and pubs. From Airport: by Airlink 100, getting off at Waverley Bridge, then 4 minutes walk. by Tram, getting off at Princes Street stop, then 3 minutes walk. From Waverley Train Station: 4 minutes walk. Stylish, Cosy Corner Apartment Near Royal Botanic Gardens

My flat is on the ground floor . Lovely restaurants and coffee shops very close by . Waitrose is a 5/10 minute walk and there is a Scotmid and small Sainsbury's in opposite direction again no more than 5/10 minute walk . Local delicatessens and beautiful cheese shops very close by. Beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens very close by . Modern art galleries 10/15 min walk which both have lovely coffee shop/ restaurants . Guests will have full access to the entire property and small patio area outside patio doors in flat . Great for coffee or glass of wine of which both are supplied. I will meet you at the flat to show you found and give you keys and my mobile no . I live about 15 minutes from flat . I'm available by text or mobile The apartment is set in trendy Stockbridge. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, delicatessens, and bars close by, and it's also near the Royal Botanical Gardens. Within walking distance are two modern art galleries, both with nice cafes. There is a bus stop less than 50m away from the entrance to the property giving direct access to the city. From there guests will have access to the trams and train stations taking them wherever they wish. Please let me know in advance if you would like to use sofa bed
