Lovely double bedroom in cosy shared cottage flat

Relax in this cosy ground floor cottage flat with front door access on a pedestrianised street. There is a garden and shared patio with bench and bbq available as well as a lawn out the back with free allocated parking. Garden in full bloom atm! Guests have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with me. Excellent connections via bus to city centre, close to the airport with a Tesco, Lidl and Scotmid just down the road. The Zoo and Murrayfield stadium are nearby. Quiet and friendly neighbours.

Quiet place close to Edinburgh in a very convenient location, very near the city centre but in local and quiet neighbourhood. You have many things around and the views from your room are of the beautiful Pentland Hills. Nice for people travelling to explore Edinburgh and around, having a stop over to/ from the Highlands or for newcomers to Edinburgh while searching for a permanent place where to stay. The bed can be arranged as a single or double room, according to the number of guests.

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming Georgian townhouse. Just 5 minutes from the St James Quarter with its array of boutique shops and fine restaurants, we are close to the Old Town and at the edge of the wonderful architecture of the New Town. You will find us tucked away on a quiet street. Our room is Room 1, with a single bed , located on the first floor. ***We also have the added benefit of early luggage drop off from 10am**
