Beside Still Waters Country Cottage

I wish we had more time to enjoy the home and lake. The view was beautiful! I could have fallen asleep on the screen porch when it was raining. It was very peaceful. If you’re ever looking for a laid back place to stay with a lake.. This is the place. You don’t get this in the city. You can walk out of your door and fish from the dock.

Black Cat Cabin

For those looking for a place to decompress and yet still be close to civilization. Sarah's Black Cat Cabin is the quintessential getaway spot. It is located about 15 minutes from downtown Aiken and it is a lovely drive. Sarah has so many interesting vignettes throughout the cabin guaranteed to make you smile. Look for ( just like a live "Seek and Find" book) where little black cats are hidden. Pristine, well supplied with items for your stay, and creatively decorated, you will find yourself wanting to stay put. And let's chat about the hostess, Sarah. From reserving the cabin, to questions prior to arrival, to questions during the stay, Sarah was extremely prompt and communicative. we know we don't meet our host/hostesses, yet, that being said, both bob and I wish we could have met her. She is delightful !!! We 100% recommend the Black Cat cabin. Grace and Bob

Cozy updated cottage on 20 acres with four ponds!

Nicely updated guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and plenty of property to explore. Queen bed in master bedroom, full size bed in secondary bedroom, pull-out (queen) sofa in Livingroom. Single bathroom with walk in shower. Laundry room with exterior access. Large screened porch with ample seating for relaxing and enjoying the views of the 4 ponds. Additional covered picnic/ lounge area. We live in the main house on the property, the cottage is separate the driveway is shared. Catch and release fishing.

This private, 3 bedroom cottage is hidden on 3 acres with a huge backyard and pond and stocked with everything you need to make it feel like home. Perfect for a trip to the area or weekend staycation. Less than 5 minutes to Evans Towne Center and ~8 miles to Augusta National and Fort Gordon. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, full laundry room and outdoor patio available. No smoking or pets allowed on premises. No parties. Fishing is permitted in the pond for catch-and-release. No swimming.

Welcome to the SBS Roost, a cozy retreat on a 14 acre farm in Edgefield SC. Surrounded by nature our peaceful getaway is convenient to the Augusta National, Aiken, Greenwood and Historic Edgefield SC. It’s a little over an hour drive to USC (Sir Big Spurs second home). Wake up to Gamecocks crowing and birds chirping. Take a half mile walk around the pond and explore the beauty of the countryside while seeking a quiet escape. SBS Roost is the perfect place to relax and enjoy simple pleasures.

A spacious bedroom is highlighted by a four-poster bed with a soft beige coverlet. Two windows allow natural light to fill the room, complemented by green lamps on bedside tables. A decorative chair and a small table with a vase add to the room's charm.

Located 25 miles from Augusta National! Includes access to Pine Ridge country club! Historic 137 year old federal farmhouse located on a 200 acre farm. There are three ponds and loads of space to unwind. The bedrooms are located upstairs with a full bath in common hallway. Downstairs there is an additional bathroom. We also own a local restaurant " Christine's Farm to Fork" offers an excellent diversity of food options. Historic Edgefield is only 5miles away. The Masters is 25 miles.

A well-appointed bedroom features a spacious bed with a patchwork quilt, complemented by a wooden bed frame. Two windows allow natural light to illuminate the space. A rocking chair and wooden dresser are present, along with a decorative area rug that adds warmth to the room.

We also own a local restaurant " Christine's Farm to Fork" offers an excellent diversity of food options. Historic Edgefield is only 5miles away.
