Die Küchenzeile hat einen Kühlschrank, Backofen, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Ein Doppelbett oder zwei Einzelbetten wären möglich. Fernseher und WLAN kostenfrei. Terrasse in Südlage. Nichtraucherwohnung. Parkplatz direkt bei der Wohnung. Wäscheraum gegen kleine Gebühr nutzbar.

We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
