The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

From the apartment you have a view over the southern wine route and southern Palatinate. 2-4 people can be comfortably accommodated in a large kitchen-living room with sofa bed, sauna, a bedroom with double bed (1.8 x 2 m), daylight bathroom and a large balcony with a wide view of the sea of vines and the surrounding towns. The Southern Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest invite you with their popular excursion destinations, countless refreshment stops, modern wine bars, good wine and Palatinate hospitality. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.
