Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.

Our apartment is located in a listed manor house less than 5 minutes away from the popular Theresienstraße in the wine village of Rhodt unter der Rietburg. The 65 sqm 2-room apartment has a bathroom, a small kitchen and is equipped with WiFi and TV. The nearby Palatinate Forest invites you to take wonderful hikes. A small bakery, cafes, wine bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment rent is discounted in tiers for 1 week/4 weeks.

The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 square meters has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200), a desk, a kitchen and a seating area. Towels and a hairdryer are located in the private bathroom.
