Elegant Waterfront Apartment on Eden Island

Tie up at the private marina berth of this luxury property before heading out on the buggy to explore. Stop off at the private beaches and pools en route. If you want to stay fit then you’ll enjoy the residents’ gym, tennis court and running and cycling paths on Eden Island. Back inside, freshen up in the twin-vanity bathroom before a drink on the balcony overlooking the main Eden Island marina complete with super yachts. Sleep in comfort in our beautifully appointed 2 bedrooms (one king bed the other with twin beds). Our apartment has stunning views over the water to the mountains of Mahe. 14 Hibiscus has one of the best apartment views on Eden Island. Waterfronting, it overlooks the main marina and over water back towards the mountains of Mahe. As it is on the first floor it is safer for families with young children than ground floor properties as all properties are beside water. This also gives better views. The entire apartment is yours. I'm happy to organize a taxi for the airport if required. I have also organized discounts on boat hire (manned or unmanned) if you would like me to. If you need any assistance in terms of holiday plans or places to visit please don't hesitate to ask. Sunbathe on the four private beaches and stroll amongst the island's lush vegetation, looking over the ocean to the mountains of Mahe. Play tennis, work out at the gym or visit cafes, ice cream parlours, restaurants and bars, and browse high-end boutiques, all without leaving the island. If you want to travel further afield you’ve got the very best base to explore. Boat trips depart directly from Eden Island for Sainte Anne Marine National Park or the stunning islands of Praslin and La Digue. The apartment is very close to the main hub of Eden Island with its restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping. Eden Island is close to both the airport and the capital of the Seychelles, Victoria.

Eden Island is one of the best lacations in Seychelles. It is private island, accesible only to guests. There are no cars on the island, only golf carts. One is included in accomodation. The island has complete amenities including a shopping center, resaturations and bars. The apartment is fully equipped, with a large terrace and 2 balconies with beautiful views.

we had a great 4 day stay with Pascalina and her daughter Hanna. The welcome is very warm, she arranged car rental for us from the jetty and back to the airport. We were autonomous and the place is very pleasant, quiet, close to beautiful beaches and shops, beautiful sunsets nearby sunsets nearby on the sea. A very nice garden, the pool is very nice. The accommodation is very well furnished, spacious, very clean and cozy, large walk-in shower,bedroom,kitchen living room and terrace make it an ideal accommodation. No opposite, maybe just black-out curtains in the room would be welcome. We recommend without hesitation Villa Alha, great place!

It's just paradise! Excited for everything! Chic beautiful territory, private beaches, personal electric car to move around the territory of Eden Island, fabulous views! The house is very cozy, clean, equipped! The villa manager is always available We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely come again! Thank you❤️ P.S. The dishwasher didn't work, the staff couldn't fix it. I think this problem will be fixed and then there are no complaints about the object at all)

We had a great time at Alex’s apartment on Eden Island, it had the space and comfort of a private home with amenities and services of a luxurious resort. We were situated right at the water with beaches nearby. Padel and tennis courts, pools, restaurants and a Spar are also in the resort. I can highly recommend staying here. Thank you for great service and a wonderful stay.

Perfect unit for families, everything we needed. The pool was the highlight of our stay and made it easy for us as parents to relax at the house while the kids were occupied swimming for hours. The best holiday of our lives! Eden Island in Seychelles is a truly lovely escape. The flat we rented from Georges and Christine was beautiful and luxurious, the marina buzzes with a relaxed atmosphere, and the views are simply stunning. It's a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Seychelles. Highly recommended for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. Georges and Christine were fantastic hosts and fabulous people. We made very good friends with them and they help us with everything we needed to have a wonderful holiday, we are very very grateful for all their help. The apartment was clean, beautiful, extremely well maintained and had an amazing view from the balcony. We are looking forward to returning next year for another beautiful and relaxing stay.
